I was playing hide and seek with Touya in the backyard again, his red hair with white specks sticking out behind a tree. Pretending not to notice, I ran past him, without watching where I was going, to my regret. I ran straight into Enji as he peered down at me with a pure look of distaste and hatred in his eyes, noticing that my grey hues quickly faded into purple.

He called over who approached begrudgingly. "Touya ...I see you are bonding with....Aizuko. You will need to come inside now, I want to discuss something with you both. Clean up and meet me in the living room."
A shiver of fear ran downy spine as he spoke, if I hadn't known any better I would have sworn that his eyes were projecting murder.

After cleaning up and waiting in the living room with Touya, we whispered to each other about what we thought he had wanted to discuss with us.

Our whispers were instantly silenced by Enji entering the room and taking a seat in the single sofa infront of the three-seater couch we were seated on.

"Aizuko, Touya, my son ....I decided that since Touya is now 11 and Aizuko recently turned 10 you will be old enough to understand....you two are set to be betrothed. That means that once you are both 18 and 19, you will be married."

My eyes widened as I absorbed the information. My eyes flickering to Touya beside me but his gaze was set on the floor. Eventually, he spoke.

"As you wish father."

My eyes widened at his response, my heart somehow sinking at his defeated expression. I didn't mind the idea, after being raised alongside side him I thought it honestly wouldn't be bad at all. But even at such a young age, I could feel the tension and bitterness he exuded. Did he really hate me that much? I felt a little bit of my heart break as I looked away from him, tears welling in my eyes as I got up to take my leave, bowing respectfully to both of them before heading outside, the rain flowing through my pink hair as I let the tears pour from my eyes. The water seemed to make me cry more, as I tried to stop them but fell weakly onto my knees as I clutched at my lap.

Why.....do you hate me ..so much....Touya-kun

Timeskip- 3 years later

I was slammed against the wall in the back of the school by Kaito, the boy that has bullying me since the start of Junior High. Tears flowed from my eyes as he kicked me in the gut, before spitting on the floor next to me. "Villains like you don't deserve to live. Besides, that quirk is evil, you'll never be a hero."

His words echoed on loop in my mind, before I heard someone approaching. I looked up to meet a head a white and red hair with Cobalt blue eyes, standing with his hands in his pockets as he glared at Kaito.

"When are you going to stop bullying Aizuko?" He snarled more than asked.
"What's it matter to you?!" Kaito replied, before he visibly tensed as Touya slammed him into the wall, choking him as steam rose from his palm. "What's it matter to me..." He repeated, "Is that you're hurting my friend. Even more so, my future WIFE. You touch her ever again and I'll burn you so bad they'll mistake you for ash, got it?"

Wait...did he....just call me his future wife? He's never acknowledged me as that before.... I'm confused..

Kaito ran off as Touya helped me up, a searing pain burning up my abdomen. I hissed at the pain but instantly relaxed when he placed my arm over his shoulder to help me walk. He had an angry expression on his face and I could hear him swearing Kaito in his mind over and over.

I usually had a strong grasp of this part of my quirk when it came to Touya because I didn't want him to feel like I was invading his thoughts.

When we arrived back at the house, he instantly took up to my room before seating me on the bed, grabbing the first aid kit from under my bed.

"O-oh no I'm fine Touya..."

He looked at me with a flat expression."That blood says otherwise."

I looked down and noticed that there was a bit of blood on my shirt on the side of my waist, just above my belly button.

Before I could reject, Touya pulled my shirt out of my skirt and lifting it just enough to access the wound. He hissed as he looked at it, expressing that it actually looked as bad as it felt.

"Aizuko, this might hurt but need to clean this gash, then I'll need to bandage it. No one else is home so I'll have to do it." I nodded slowly as he disinfected my wound and I had to bite my hand to not scream.

"See? All done now." I thanked Touya, and hugged him gently, ignoring the pain in my abdomen. He slowly hugged back before pulling away.

I turned my head to check the time on my clock, when Touya kissed my cheek. It was quick, but I was a blushing mess. I turned my head to look at him and he too was blushing profusely.

Taking his hand, I led him downstairs towards the front door. "Where are we going Aizuko?" I smiled at him as I pulled him outside, feeling a light drizzle start. "Come on, you'll enjoy the Rain."
