Kelsey looks out the wet window, the fog and mist is covering the city of Seattle. The cars from traffic making a lot of noise and the neighbors. Kelsey picks up her phone to see a notification from Snapchat, it was just her mom saying to pick that she'll pick her up around 5 PM. Kelsey leaned her head back on the wall and watched the sudden rain come through. Most of her friends didn't live near her so she had so stay with her little brother until their dad got home. Her mom usually gets them every other weekend because her job is very busy and she is always on the go. Kelsey wasn't good at school, all her grades were D's,C's, and barely B-'s. She usually got scolded for it, especially her mom. Kelsey hates her mom, she tells her friends that very often. Ever since her parents got a divorce and her mom got a new boyfriend, Her mom has acted different. Kelsey will always hold a grudge against her for that even if she does something nice. Kelsey hated herself, not just her parents, she hated her body, the way she looked and how she acted. She always felt left out and never appreciated. She cry's herself to sleep almost every night, but those other nights she's on call with Greta, her best friend since kindergarten.
