In this book Stanley has a sister Shelley as the oldest amongst them all.(this IS canon as you know from the series), they will also have two other brothers, Leopold Butters, and Clyde. (this isn't canon in the series, but I made it canon in this fanfiction because I have something planned.)
Stanley will be the second oldest, after Shelley, the third oldest is Leopold, and the youngest son is Clyde.
