Servamp: The One That Got Away ♡

Chapter 4

He was shocked to see that he had unconsciously picked up kuro who was now transformed in his cat form. he was speechless at first but then he regained his composure and said "oh this is the cat that i had brought at the alley way", " what is it's name?" said a person who has a doll on his shoulder "oh! his name is Kuro " "hmm~ so~ dear would you mind explaining some things?"

"..." Mitsu stayed silent for a while, contemplating whether he should explain or something else, he was also questioning if he knows something that they don't, which he does, somehow. when he decided to tell him someone went there and snatched lily who was in his butterfly form, which caused miles to scream in pain. at first they were surprised then slowly they realized something was protecting their friend and the butterfly. And that something was...

Bats? it was indeed bats, the question was who made the shield of bats?... In the midst you could see something glowing red...

And that something was... A strange mark or was it a symbol

kuro who was in his cat form recognized that the bats are from Hugh or old child but he wasn't there when he tried looking he was surprised that it wasn't old child or heck he wasn't even there in the first place...

After a few minutes later, they were shocked, to see that it was Aloise controlling the bats....but when they looked at the other side they could see someone that unfamiliar for the rest of them except miles, sleepy ash and aloise since he was concentrating on protecting his freind from the shadowy person...

Meanwhile with Lilly who had transformed back to human form due to the sudden shock was surprised they didn't know who or what the shadowy figure was, that was until lily mumbled" nightingales", which earned him confused looks from every one and a shocked expresion from kuro, but strangely enough was the thing he said next " but how? They are suppose to be gone, out of this world, how did they get out? They are suppose to be sealed...unless... no it's impossible they arn't alive anymore so why did they target us specifically, we need to talk about this to-" he couldn't continue his mumbling when they heard something like a angry growl and at the same a distressed yell...they turned and saw kuro in his human form, strangely they arn't shocked but someone was, and it was for different reasons...

Lilly was shocked because he didn't know he was their and the guilt he had kept him from saying anything...

Kuro stared at him saying nothing, but the look in his eyes was pure frustration and sadness, since he had remebered what happend 3 days ago. Until someone asked a question that both terrified and saddened both the servamps...

Luciuos asked "who are they? And what are the nightingales?" With a strange expresion like he knew what it was but at the same he doesn't which somehow confused both the servamps, since as far as they know nothing was written in the history books, and even if there is it was all wiped out, the only way they will know was if they were apart of the investigation but that was impossible since "they" had died during that investigation, and the only copy was with them, it won't be confusing if miles had asked that but it was his freind that he doesn't tell much about... he was also a famous person, and mitsu had befriended him since child hood, so how? How did they somehow understood what they meant...their heads were in a mess but they tried to compose themselves...

And when they were about to answer the question something happened to mitsu, miles, and their friends. Their "marks" started to flicker rapidly like a signal to something, but after a few hours it stopped and the nightingales were out of their sight immediately, like they were afraid of something...

And so the barrier made out of bats dissapeared and aloise was out of breath...

When aloise, luciuos and the rest had finally composed themselves luscious said or perhaps asked "so are you going to answer my earlier question?" The two servamps blankly looked at each other before sighing, " those were nightingales they were suppose to be sealed along with some people but they died so i don't know why they targeted us specifically but what i know is that they are afraid of all of your "marks" so we have to be vigilant...i have to ask all of you if you can go to my house since it is the safest of it all at the moment" said Lilly while staring at the floor afraid to catch kuro's gaze again....
