Deep in the woods of Mongolia, there was a small lonely house where two twins played. One girl and one boy living life on their own.
"Can we please please please please please please play castle again?" The sister begged
"No, we should try and read some books for once so we can get jobs when were older" The boy argued
"But we always read!" the girl whined
"No we don't"
"Yes we do"
"No we don't"
"Yes we do, and besides, in all the books I've read" The girl folded her arms "8-year olds never have to read books or do work or anything!"
"Thats because all the books you read are fiction!" The boy was very annoyed at this point and almost shouted at his sister
"Can we pleeeeassseee play castle?!" She begged "We'll never have to play it again if we do!"
"Fiiiiiiineeeee!" He grumbled
"YAY" The girl cheered and ran to go get costumes
She grabbed two sticks from outside, an elegant cape she found in the woods also, her favorite doll, and a bucket (A/N:SHOOOOSH HOMESTUCK FANS) Then she made a crown out of flowers and pulled out an old "royal" chair. After all that they got into their costumes and set all the props up and played the same way they always did.
"King, King!"The little boy cried dashing into the room with a bucket on his head and a stick in the belt of his raggedy pants
"What is it now?" His sister said raising from her "royal" throne and walking towards the "Knight"
Picking up a bigger stick ( her scepter),her cape flowed elegantly behind her.
"The dragon has stolen the princess" The knight pointed across the room where the king's favorite doll sat
"AGH not again" She grumbled "call in the hero"
"We don't have a hero sir"
"Then you be the hero"
"W-What" The knight stuttered
"You seem worthy enough to lead the army and be a hero"
" B-But. . . "
"Are you disobeying my orders solider"
"NO SIR" He stood tall and then began to act as if he had an army behind his back and marched over to the dragon. . . . . .they don't have a dragon.
The twin sister quickly removed her crown and ran across the room "Hey, I'll be the dragon this time"
"But im always the dragon and you pretend to be the knight" The boy grumbled
"Well, lets switch it up a bit!" She smiled
"ok" He got back in to his knight impression "I will slay you mighty beast!"
"Not today!" She roared and pulled out a match and lit it
"Whoa!" The boy jumped back "What are you doing!?"
"I'm being the dragon!" She smiled "ROOOOOAAAAARRR"
"Put the match down"
"But you can't be a real dragon without fire!"
Suddenly, the ground began to shake!The tables were moving and all the trees were falling on the house! Then once the debris cleared a flame rose from the ground- a big one!
"Sister, where are you" The boy cried again and again but there was no response and the crackling of the fire grew louder.
The boy screamed at the top of his lungs, crying for his other half as the fire quickly trapped him.And with a final cry- a tree came tumbling down.
J.J woke up in a hot sweat and screamed pulling his hair out "SISTER PLEASE, TELL ME WHERE YOU ARE"
After a few more minutes of screaming, Silver came in with a big brown book.
"You had that dream again, didn't you" Silver asked rubbing his tired eyes
But J.J ignored and continued screaming with tears of pain and suffering rolled down his face.
Silver only sighed, opened the book to page 69, and cast a spell that knock J.J out, but also caused him to lose all his memory of the dream and his childhood past.
