Kang Simin turned the page of her textbook tiredly, leaning on her hand that rested on the table. Science was never a subject of her choice, and it's still the same. She covered her mouth as she yawned, then put her head down on her desk while the teacher was writing something on the board.

"Be prepared for the test tomorrow, kids! For now class is dismissed." She heard her teacher announce as she picked up her stuff and left the classroom. As the students left, Simin was left speechless and jolted awake.

"Test?! What is that supposed to mean?! Oh hell no- ouch" She groaned from the smack on her head as she rubbed her head and gave him the bombastic side eye.

Yang Jungwon leaned back on his chair, a mischievous grin spread over his face. "That's why I always tell you to pay attention, dummy" he remarked. "Karma."

"Oh shut up, Won," Simin rolled her eyes. "That's cuz you like science. But don't forget, I almost had to choke you yesterday to make you concentrate in math."

His face went red. "That was cuz I was tired. Me not paying attention in class? No way." He scoffed dismissively as he folded his arms and looked out the window.

Simin smacked his head. "Now let's get going or else our Moms will leave no way for us. THE FIRST PERSON TO GET HOME GETS ALL MY CHOCOLATES!" Simin yelled and started running.
"Hey, that's cheating!" Jungwon yelled back as he took his stuff and started chasing her.

                                                                ~time skip ~

Simin was sitting in the couch in the living room, watching the latest episode of Last Evaluation released by Babymonster's youtube channel as she devoured the doritos in her bowl. Her mom, Mrs. Kang, was on the other side of the room, probably talking with Mrs. Yang, Jungwon's mom. They were talking and giggling a lot, which arouse curiosity in Simin. She turned off the TV and tiptoed to where her mom was talking, and eavesdropped.

"I know right! How about you guys come over for dinner tonight? It'd be amazing!" She heard Mrs. Yang practically squeaking on the other side of the phone.

"Dammit, Hyeori, I'd love it! See you then!" Mrs. Kang replied excitedly and hung up. She turned her head to see Simin standing by the door, and smiled. "So you know already, don't you?"

"Uhm, Mom, I, uh, didn't mean to..." Simin looked down in embarrassment and scratched her neck. Mrs. Kang laughed at her reaction and said, "It's okay, dear. Go get ready! We're about to leave in 30 minutes."

At Jungwon's house, it was a crazily peaceful situation. But not THAT kind of peaceful- they all were happy, but it was...chaotic. Loud laughs and screams and yells can be heard throughout the house.

"Bro, I told you I don't like strawberries!" Simin yelled.

"And I don't like mint chocolate!" Jungwon yelled back at her.

Jihyo, Yeji, Taehyun, Ryujin, Wonyoung and the rest of the 6 boys sighed in exhaustion from their argument which wasn't considered an argument but looked like an argument. But occasionally there were bursts of laughter and 'rolling on the floor' which kept up the optimistic atmosphere of the house.

Finally, dinner time came, and everyone gathered in the dining table to- well, eat dinner. Mrs. Yang was serving the dinner and Simin got up to help her serve it. "See Jungwon, you should learn something from your friend." Mrs. Yang remarked to Jungwon while he gave Simin a death glare.

After serving was completed, everyone started to eat. They were still talking and laughing. Jungwon suddenly looked at Simin and he was admiring how...gorgeous she looked. He kept staring at her throughout the dinner, and when she caught him red-handed, he immediately looked away like nothing happened. But little did he realize he was blushing- slightly.

"Yo Jungwon," Simin whispered to him, "you wanna go to the rooftop for stargazing? It's been so long since we last did it, please?" She gave him the biggest doe eyes ever. He chuckled at her childish behavior. "Fine, whatever." He rolled his eyes sarcastically.

They sneaked in to the rooftop. Only the two of them. No one knew about this. They've always done it ever since they were young. It's like it was their cute little friendship ritual to gaze at the stars together. As they stood on the rooftop and gazed at the stars, they couldn't help but relax at the peaceful atmosphere created by the silence and the slowly brewing breeze. Jungwon closed his eyes and let himself feel the breeze. Simin did the same. They were in that position for several minutes before Simin finally broke the silence.

"We should get matching bracelets," she said out of the blue.

Jungwon giggled. "Why'd you suddenly think about that? Okay well honestly, that'll be a great idea. But..." He sighed. "They only sell couple bracelets."

"So what?"

"What do you mean? Are we a couple?"

"SO WHAT? It's two people anyways, so who cares?"

"But- like-"

"Do you have a girlfriend?" Simin raised an eyebrow at him teasingly.

Jungwon's face went completely red and he gulped. "Wh-what? Of course not."

Simin smirked. "Then what's the problem, sweetheart? If you don't buy them I'm gonna buy them anyways."

Jungwon side-eyed her. "Are you seriously flirting with your bestie now?"

"Just shut up. No one's gonna like you anyways." Simin smiled evilly.

As usual, Jungwon smacked her head. "Shut the hell up, loser."

"You shut the hell up. Anyways, that's not the point. The point is we have to buy the bracelets!" Simin said with a hillariously determined voice, which was the reason why Jungwon was dying from trying not to laugh.

"Okay, okay, but I mean," Jungwon pursed his lips to keep himself from bursting out. "What are you gonna tell our parents when they ask us about it?"

"What do you mean?"

"Like, if they ask us why we got couple bracelets?"

"Cuz we didn't find friendship bracelets. Simple." Simin answered innocently.

"Seriously?"

She narrowed her eyes and gave him a criminal offensive side eye. "Nooooo, I'm gonna say we got married! Like what did you expect me to say?"

"I just asked a simple question." He rolled his eyes.

"And I gave you a simple answer. Anyways. I'm gonna get it tomorrow."

"Fine Ma'am. Come over at 6, how bout that?"

"Sounds great." She gave him a cheeky smile as he cringed.

"Ew, you look like a witch. Stop smiling like that."

Her smile dropped. "You dumbass-" Immediately she flipped him off and dashed out.

He acted dramatically surprised. "You little- stop running, I SAID STOP-"
