Long after the defeat of Dark Meta Knight, we see him roaming around the labyrinth, looking desperately for an escape. It's been a few years and has started to take a toll on his sanity in this empty prison. So much to where he had to deceive someone desperate enough to fall for his schemes. Truly, in something like this, deception may be your only choice.
DMK: This is going according to plan, I just need Sectonia to do some stuff a bit harsh on her kingdom, making them sad or angry and then I accumulate those negative emotions into my mind.
DMK watches over the changed queen be an absolute nightmare for her subjects, including her best friend. He is laughing while this grew disastrous.
Taranza: Er, my queen? Don't you think these charges are a bit harsh to our people?
Sectonia: Nonsense! This is perfectly fair.
Taranza: But they're really unhappy! In fact, they're preparing to launch the Dreamstalk onto the land of Popstar to call in a famous Hero.
Sectonia: Pardon!? Go sentence those traitors to jail for eternity and kidnap that said hero!
Taranza: Er, sure, your Majesty.
Taranza leaves to put the inhabitants of Floralia in their unrightful place and searches for the hero.
Upon searching for said hero, he sees two buildings held up in the sky by the Dreamstalk. A big castle that looks like it has a face and a small dome-shaped house with a thin chimney.
Taranza: Hmmm... there's no way the hero would actually reside in such a tiny house.
Taranza flies down and enters the castle where he meets King Dedede. Before Taranza makes one step closer to the king, he is guarded by the king's forces, the Waddle Dees.
Dedede: What brings you here in Dreamland?
Taranza: I'm not here for explanations, I'm here to take you a better place than here.
Before Dedede says another word, Taranza blasts away the Waddle Dees and paralyses Dedede and kidnaps him.
Knowing that the target is subdued, Taranza makes his path to Royal Road, though he leaves out tons of enemies and bosses if he was being followed. But this pink individual is incredibly powerful and persistent, taking out the guards one by one, then he makes it to the heart of Royal Road.
Taranza: Well well, aren't you a persistent little thing? It's impressive really. But I'm afraid that your journey ends here as I cannot let you delay Queen Sectonia's plans.
Kirby: Just be quiet and leave the king alone.
Taranza: Oh of course I'll give you your precious hero back . But he may be a bit more hostile than he used to be!
