No One's POV
"I was wondering if you could tutor me in Chemistry?"
What. The. Fuck.
Was Minjeong hallucinating, or was thee Yu Jimin actually asking Minjeong; some nobody, if she could tutor her in Chemistry?
Minjeong turned around to make sure Jimin was actually asking her. Or that maybe somebody was just standing behind Minjeong, and Jimin was referring to them instead of her. But no, Jimin was indeed asking Minjeong, as there was nobody in the halls.
And so, Minjeong answered her, "Uhm, yeah sure..? I thought you were pretty good at Chemistry though?"
The blonde scratched her neck, as if she was nervous. "I'm okay at Chemistry, but I could definitely get better!" She smiled.
"And I don't think theres anyone better to ask than you, knowing that you're ranked first you know?"
Ding ding ding!
The bell for first period had rung, and Minjeong felt someone nudge her.
It was Jimin, and she was asking Minjeong to put her number into her phone.
"Oh, yeah sorry." Minjeong muttered, "You can text me, whenever I guess..."
"Okay sweet, I'll see you in first then?" The blonde asked. All Minjeong could do was nod, walking off to find Ning and head to class.

Minjeong was laying in her bed, clutching her pillow watching her phone. She was wondering if Jimin actually wanted to get tutored or not, as it was 8pm already and the ginger hadn't received a single text from the latter.
Ding
If Minjeong didn't believe in coincidences, she would've thought Jimin was stalking her, because when she opened her phone, she had received a text some an unknown number.
Unknown
Hi Minjeong, it's me Jimin!! :)
Minjeong sighed. In relief, that is. Because she wasn't getting played about tutoring, but now she's wondering how to reply to the older girl. Would a 'hi' be too boring? Maybe a 'hi jimin' would be better? She didn't know what to do. It's not your everyday routine to be texting Jimin, of all people.
So Minjeong decided to be casual.
Yu Jimin
Hi Minjeong, it's me Jimin!! :)
hi jimin
Hey!! So I was thinking if we could hang out at my place over the weekend?
Maybe even friday to get a head start. :)
👍

Jimin left Minjeong on seen. Feeling so embarrassed, Minjeong face palmed herself. Why am I so awkward? She thought.
Maybe it was the fact that she was texting Jimin, the girl who she's been crushing on for the past couple years. Or maybe it's the fact that she still couldn't believe Jimin wanted to get tutored in Chemistry but Minjeong. C'mon now? Why her? What did Minjeong have to offer her. Heeseung isn't that bad in Chemistry either, how come Jimin couldn't have asked him instead. He is her boyfriend after all.
One thing Minjeong knew is that she was not ready for Friday to come along. She could barely even talk to the blonde without stuttering, let alone have a full conversation with her over text. How was she going to survive spending time with Jimin inside the girl's house? Sitting next to her, teaching her about the different elements in Chemistry. That was a hard fact for Minjeong to wrap around her head. But she couldn't let Jimin down, she'd already accepted the offer. Maybe the two could actually become good friends?

The next morning, Jimin had woken up all sweaty and gross. And what was the reason or the sweat? Oh, I don't know, maybe it was the dream she had about a certain ginger-haired girl.
And why was Jimin having a dream about the younger girl? Who knows. But all Jimin knows is that she never dreams, not about her mom, not about her dad, not even about Heeseung. So why was Minjeong in her dream? Jimin doesn't know. (She's fucking clueless it's stressing me out.)
Jimin got out of her and checked her alarm. She had two hours to get ready for school, and two days before she officially started tutoring with Minjeong, and she couldn't be more excited.

Minjeong has never wanted a school week to go by slower. She couldn't sleep well last night thinking about how in a few days, she was going to be showing Yu Jimin how to get better at Chemistry. Minjeong did not want to go to school today, afraid that she was going to bump into Heeseung.
Oh right, Heeseung. Minjeong had almost forgotten about him. But of course she couldn't, that boy had been bullying her since the beginning of middle school. But now Minjeong was even more afraid, that maybe Heeseung would not agree to Jimin and Minjeong hanging out every weekend. That she would get to spend time out of school with that boy's girlfriend. Who in every universe, would never deserve a girl like Jimin. Never.
This was all Minjeong could and would thing about in the morning today. Even while she heading to school, she didn't know what was going to happen. Would Jimin greet her? Would Heeseung prevent that from happening? Or would he ignore her like the week prior.
Minjeong had told Ning during that lunch that Jimin wanted to get tutored. The brunette had almost yelped in shock, but was unable to because Minjeong knew her. And obviously, she had stopped that from happening.
The rest of the day Minjeong was nervous thinking about tomorrow, the day after that, and the day after that. She was never good with her emotions after all.
Minjeong still, has never wanted a school week to go by slower.
