Attack of the 7 Foot Queen

"Aye, babe, watch your step on the way out. Miracle had to recreate a model of Junkertown and it's literally in the middle of the door," I said, stepping over it.

"Got it," she mumbled, half-asleep.

"Get up, Dez. Miracle needs your help taking photos and bringin' it in to school today. You're on duty for that."

"I know," she mumbled again.

I let out a sigh, knowing she's not going to get up. I stepped over the model of Junkertown and towards her. I grabbed my pillow from my side of the bed and smacked her with it.

"Hey!" she shot up. "I was gettin' up, darlin'."

"Sure ya were," I said and placed the pillow back down.

She let out a huff, blowing air straight up as some strands of hair were in her face. I couldn't help but chuckle, placing a kiss to her cheek.

"Mornin', love."

"Mornin'," she sighed.

"Miracle is gettin' ready in 'er room. Might as well get ready."

"I will."

"I'll see ya later today."

"See ya."

I walked out of the room, stepping over the model once more, and outside the house.

I stood up from the bed and got ready like I normally do.

"Mum," Miracle called from the doorway.

"Yeah, sweetheart?"

"I need your help with somethin'."

"What's up?" I turned and walked towards her, knocking over a part of the model.

"Ah shit!" Miracle let out. "Mum!"

"Shit, shit, I'm so sorry," I stepped back.

"At least it was just your summer shack," Miracle picked up the broken pieces.

I let out a chuckle, "Ya know, that reminds me of somethin'."

"What's that?"

"An old movie from the 50s."

"That long ago?" Miracle asked.

"Yeah. When people look at me, they sometimes relate me to that movie."

"I'm surprised people still watch movies from the 50s."

"There's a really good monster movie from the 50s. Even in the 30s."

"Are we talking 2030?" Miracle asked.

"1930."

"1930?!"

"Yes."

"What are those movies called?"

"Well the one I get compared to comes from 1958. That one is called 'Attack of the 50 foot woman'. The one from 1930 is 'King Kong'. And the other monster movie comes from 1954 and that's called 'Godzilla'."

"Attack of the 50 foot woman huh?" Miracle asked, looking at the model of Junkertown.

"What are ya thinkin' of?" I knelt down, grabbing the glue.

"How much time is there before I have to present this?"

"About a couple hours. Your mother will be there. She has to do some work before then."

Miracle walked back to her room and came out with a camera.

"What were ya thinkin', Miracle?"

"Let me take photos of this first and then give me thirty minutes."
