Chapter 4

  It had been two years since Tanjiro had first arrived at the Infinity Castle. Now, even Daki was his friend. But the most interesting thing that really happened was the fact that Akaza caught Muzan and Tanjiro hugging each other. All the Demon Moons were very excited because their Master had never loved someone before.

  "You can do this, Muzan-sama!"

  Voices rang in the Infinity Castle. Muzan blushed. Even though confessing to Tanjiro was only part of the plan, he was still very embarrassed. Douma pushed Muzan towards Tanjiro. 

  "You can do this, Muzan-sama!" Douma winked.

  Muzan took a deep breath and said the short passage that he had practiced for the whole week.

  "Tanjiro, you were the only one who could make me see that loving others is amazing. I can't thank you enough. Will you be my boyfriend?" Muzan asked.

  Tanjiro was speechless for a second. His brain was having a tug of war once again. Sure, he loved his friends, but Muzan and the Upper Moons were like family to him. Tanjiro felt the love of his father and mother in Muzan. He felt his sibling's love in the Upper Moons. Tanjiro realised, that he loved Muzan.

  "Yes. Yes, I will."

   Akaza, Douma and Kokushibo all cheered.

  That night, when Tanjiro was asleep, Muzan gave Tanjiro some of his blood. Yet, nothing happened. Muzan was upset. Tanjiro loved him, but didn't want to become a demon with him.

  This went on for about another 3 years, when something extraordinary happened.
