As the coldness surrounds my body and forces me to awaken, I could see that I was still underwater in chains.

Even though I was amazed by the light in the water, I had to get out of here or I'll literally die. So without much effort, I managed to break the chains and wiggle free.
Before I could go to the surface, I looked around to find Leviathan. Thankfully it didn't take to long for me to see him struggling to free himself from his chains
As soon as I got close to Levia and freed him from the chains, we both swam to the surface. When we got up to the surface, I managed to pull myself and Leviathan up onto a wooden-like sidewalk bridge were we both coughed up water.

"Levia are you feeling okay?"
"Phew yeah I think so Zilan, thank the God's that we got out of there alive. Otherwise we'd be sleeping with the fishes right about now." Levia says as he finishes coughing.
I just chuckle in agreement and slowly sit up as I look at the environment around us. Even I see and smell nothing but nature for miles, I could tell that we weren't that far from the city.
"Well I don't know about you Levia but I say we stay here for a while and recover before we head back to the city."
"I agree Zilan and maybe we can find a way to get back home." Levia says as he curls up into my lap.
As we sit here and rest up, I couldn't help but remember three different male voices I heard last night. And from what I could remember, this Dartz character was behind my so-called murder.
Before I could think anymore about the situation and what I heard, my stomach started to growl and hurt from both blood and hunger pains.
"Sounds like you're hungry Zilan want to get going before it gets worse?" Levia questions as his stomach starts growling too.
"Yeah we better get going before I lose my mind and go nuts from the hunger. And besides I have a feeling that we were targeted for a reason and I think it has something to do with Yugi and his friends."
"I agree with you there I mean it can't be a coincidence that just after you meet Yugi and his friends that some individuals find you and try to kill you." Levia says as he gets onto my shoulder.
I nodded in agreement while letting my wings out and flies so what fast towards the city.
After flying for 5 hours
Narrator POV
As Zilanderia drops to ground and tries to keep herself standing, she could smell the scent of blood which sends her hunger into a frenzy. Without even thinking straight, Zilanderia took off in the direction the blood smell was coming from.
Before Zilanderia could say anything about the small, she saw something that was a little bit hard to forget. So as Zilan stands there wide eyed in shock, she was a little bit surprised to see Yami and Atem feeding off a really bad man.
As Zilanderia stares at them in surprise, she accidentally falls over some trash cans and tries to get back up. Before she could get up from her little fall, Yami comes over and kneels down and looks surprised and concerned for Zilanderia.
As Zilanderia looks at a really dirty and tearful Yami, she did her best to smile at her friend and knocks out from the hunger pain making her sleepy.

And all she heard was both Yami and Atem say her name in unison before she blacked out. As Yami and Atem come over to see if Zilanderia was hurt, Levia quickly gets close to Zilan and nuzzles her knowing that she blacked out from hunger exhaustion.
So instead of snapping at Yami or Atem to back off, Levia curls up under Zilan and black's out as well.
"Zilanderia? She's alive and from the looks of it exhausted." Yami says as he carefully checks Zilanderia's pulse.
"Yeah and her little friend is in the same shape as well. What do you want to do Yami especially since she knows our secret?" Atem asks as he picks up Levia.
"Well it would be foolish of us to just leave her and besides Yugi will be angry at us if we live his friend here. Also let's not forget that we all need to protect her since they've targeted her and tried to kill her.
For now Atem we'll all protect her from Dartz and his clan of savages. Now let's go home before everyone starts to worry about us." Yami says as he picks up Zilanderia and flies home with Atem following him.
'From now on Zilanderia you will be safe with us and you'll be apart of our family from now on.' Yami thoughtfully says as he holds Zilanderia close as he and Atem fly home.
And they both hope that Zilanderia doesn't freak out at the discovery of real vampires existing.
