Y'all better comment or I'll cry maybe

My eyes snapped opened as I heard shouting in my room.
"Where is she? She couldn't have just left!" Scrambling out of the bathtub and almost breaking my nose on the sink, I stood from where I slept and threw open the bathroom door.
"Oh thank Goddess," a woman that I didn't recognize from yesterday had her hand on her heart, along with another woman who looked panicked near my bed. Both their eyes were on me, and they rushed over, shaking my hand.
"Hello, I'm Jessica, this is my mate, Lauren. I've been assigned to be your personal maid," she smiled at me, and I gaped.
"I don't need a maid! Oh my Goddess, you do not have to--"
"No, really, it's my pleasure. It's either you or continue serving those infuriating theta men. Misogynistic, homophobic pigs, they are. I would much rather work for you. I am an omega. Lauren and I were born into it. We're not all that good at fighting so... anyway, do you want breakfast? Eggs, bacon... cereal?" She looked hopeful, and truth be told I did want breakfast.
"Eggs and bacon sound really good, but I could go down and make them myself," I offered. The woman looked almost offended, and I wondered if I had said the wrong thing to this nice woman.
"No one can make eggs better than me... and we can't have Betas wasting their time making food for themselves. You need to focus on your job, and I'll focus on mine. It was very nice to meet you, Ray. I'll be back in about half an hour," She stopped at the door and smiled at me.
"You too. And Lauren. Very nice to meet both of you."
"Thank you, darling. Your training clothes are in your bottom drawer. All body suits. Something about flexibility and movement control. I don't know. I'll never understand those fighting strategies."
"T-training? Already?" I nearly choked over my own words. The women shrugged and closed my door behind them. I made my way slowly over to the dresser. I pulled out the first outfit in the drawer, and noticed that it was basically a wet suit. Its shorts stopped a bit higher than mid-thigh, but it was a long sleeve. The sides and insides of the sleeves were purple, and the rest was black. I locked the door to my room and quickly changed into it, then waited for my food to arrive. I took that time to sit in the Styrofoam bag next to my couch, and found myself sinking into it. I struggled to get up when there was a knock on the door.
"Your breakfast, Miss. Training starts in half an hour. I believe Jude will come and get you, so you shouldn't worry about the time too much. In the meantime, I'm going to do your laundry. I'll come collect it in half an hour." And then she left, and I was alone again. The eggs were over-easy, and the bacon practically melted in my mouth. Before I could finish my last piece of bacon, Jude knocked twice then opened my door without a response from me.
"Hey, I tried to talk to the Gamma about giving you a day off, since you just got here and all, but he wants to start your training immediately," he frowned at this, and I set my plate down on my bed, not sure what else to do with it, and stood up. I looked up from my bacon, finally, to find him quite shirtless. I cleared my throat and stood up, trying to avert my eyes. He took my hand that didn't have bacon in it and started out the door.
"Gamma Taylor will probably just have you sparring for the day, to get a good idea of how well you fight and what you need to work on. He's very open to different fighting style so as long as you win he won't judge how you actually fight and offer you a few pointers. Some people that you will actually be fighting with, though, might not like how you win, some might accuse you of playing dirty since we all know the same fighting methods, you'll probably be able to catch on quickly. Alex is the best fighter in our class, I'm second, then Haley, which isn't surprising, since those are our ranks, then the order of rank doesn't really matter after that. It gets all mixed up, but we have a lot of good fighters." Jude stopped on one of the landings to the stairs and turned me to face him. "Just be careful today, okay? Don't over exert yourself, and if someone actually intentionally hurts you, say something."
