Now, I was fully prepared to go, and everyone else was right in my tracks. I felt a pit in my stomach but also a rush of adreniline which created a nausiating combo. The one thing that made me happy was the timing of it all, all of my good friends were here with me and we could work together. I sat on the couch while waiting for the others and began to remember when we first met; we were younger then by three years and kind of crazy. We met online with the simular goal of growing wings and even though we succeded it somehow didn't make it any less crazy. We achieved our goal through spells, prayers, meditation, and shifting. There were many others like us that I once was aquinted with, I loved them all like we were family, there were my big brothers Fer and Cayden, my younger sister Dragons and others too! We were close but when the only thing holding you together is an impossible dream, you tend to drift apart. Not that some didn't succeed take us for example.

My reminiscing was cut off when one by one my dear friends entered the room, dang I'm a good seamstress I thought while looking at the outfits I had designed.

"Alright what do we do now?"Asked Iggy, holding two medium sized bags

"Me and Healer thought up a plan a while back after she had a vision like this, we think the best place to go would be the  Adirondack mountains. They arn't very populated, and the climate is riggerous so we should be fine there if we can use our powers to live off the land."Isa answered confidently as she adjusted her crossbows.

"That sounds like a good plan, though those mountains won't be pleasant,"Ayame stated

"Better than zombieland, Though that move was freaking awesome!.We still get to beat up zombies though right?"Fang asked looking all too eager for the latter.

"It'll have to do" I said while opening the window up, When I realized we couldn't fit I stepped aside and looked at Fang who then met my glance and proceded to kick out the windowsill and all. Gosh she is strong,

We all stood around the hole, observing the riot and chaos. As expected, getting seen was no longer a worry of ours for the existance of winged people would be the least of their worries. It did feel nice to no longer require hiding from the normal people.

Fang was the first out the hole, her wings caught her in the air and she snickered at the newfound freedom. We all followed in her stead, We soared the direction of which Isa directed us while looking to a compass for guidance.
