"Valerio De Luca"

Valerio gazed at Fiora from across the room, his mind filled with contemplation. He couldn't help but reflect on how lenient Mr. Tony Romano, Fiora's father, had been towards her. Unlike the disciplined upbringing, typical of a mafia family, Fiora seemed untouched by those rigid rules. Mr. Romano's love for her was evident; he had never imposed the weight of mafia traditions upon her, neglecting even to disclose her destined marriage to Mr. Valerio. Valerio couldn't shake the thought of how Fiora's innocence stood in stark contrast to the expectations of a life entangled with the complexities of the mafia.

Marcus: Mr. Romano, how is Fiora doing? I heard she is graduating.

Mr. Romano: Ah, Marcus, she's doing well. Fiora is pursuing her graduation in hotel management, and she's eager to start working with various hotel chains.

Marcus: Hotel management? Are you out of your mind? This isn't how a mafia family daughter should be living.

Mr. Romano: Marcus, times are changing. Fiora has her own aspirations, and I believe in letting her follow her passion.

Marcus: Passion? In our world, she should be learning the rules, understanding the responsibilities of a mafia wife. How can you allow her to work freely without preparing her for our way of life?

Mr. Romano: Marcus, times are indeed changing, and I wanted Fiora to have choices. It's a different era, my friend.

Marcus: Choices? Our way of life demands commitment and loyalty. She should know how to navigate the intricacies of our world, not be lost in some hotel chain. This is not the path she should be on! Wait did you tell her about Valerio? She will die soon if this is how she will continue in life.

Mr. Romano: she's still my daughter, and I trust her judgment. Times may change, but family values should remain intact. When time will come I will surely tell her everything till that please let her live in peace Marcus.

Valerio entered the cabin and said interrupting them "She can only remain your daughter till the day i want! don't forget Tony she is bound to be mine and my reputation is my priority I will never allow anyone to taint it. The whole mafia world knows she is my fiance keep it in your mind. Teach her some manners and indiscipline her, if you can't do that just tell me I have my own ways."

Leave now he order Tony Romano.

Tony nodded and left.

Valerio: Marcus I want you to keep an eye on this girl for me . I don't trust anyone for my communities and my respect. De Luca Capo's can never witness their women run around like this into every other community person and most importantly when it is Capo's girl.

Valerio, frustrated, paced outas he realized the widening gap between Fiora's chosen path and the expectations of a mafia wife.
