Author's POV

30 years later, South Korea:

Kim Taehyung, son of Kim Haemin and Jung Yoonji, coming back home after completeing his higher studies from abroad. His parents were so happy that their son is coming back home after years. Especially, Mr. Kim was too happy 'cause now he can let the responsibility on his son's hand and can leave peacefully with his wife.
His parents went to the airport to pick him up and came back home. He came back with his childhood best friend Park Jimin. They were best friends since their school days. They attended same school, same college and even same university. Best Goals. He is the only heir of Park industries. Because of their friendship, now Both Kim and Park families are close friends too. They came back and had dinner together.
After few days of his return, Mr. Kim insisted him to join their company as CEO. He agreed and Mr. Kim planned a huge inauguration party to celebrate his son's achievement.

Finally the day had came, Kim Taehyung was made the new CEO of Kim Industries. Everybody was so happy enjoying the moment. Suddenly Taehyung noticed Jungkook hadn't com yet. He asked Jimin about it and but Jungkook hasn't come. So he called him-

Taehyung: Hey jungkookie, ain't you coming today?
Jungkook: I'm just here, on my way.
Taehyung: Ok! Come fast I'm waiting for you.
Jungkook: Yes I'm coming.
( By this conversation they cut the call )

Finally Jungkook arrived. They were so glad to greet each other after a long time. He met him with his family members. But when he met his father, he was surprised. It is the same person who killed his father. He was shocked. His best friend's father is the killer of his father. Without letting them to know anything, he left the party early.

They invited their family members, close ones. Taehyung also invited his close friends from school and college days. In their college days, they met Jeon Jungkook. They become close friends within a few days. Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook , the trio were the most famous besties during their college days.

As the invitation came, Jungkook was so happy for his best friend's achievement but when he read the location and date he felt a bit suspicious. He heard his father's murderer has also arranged a big party on the same day. He felt suspicious but he thought it can't be as they were close friends since college days.

He came back home. He opened some old files and found out that how close their fathers were, how they become enemies and how brutally Mr. Kim killed his father. He heard from his mother that after his father's death it was so difficult for his mother to manage everything as she was pregnant too. But somehow, inspite of all difficulties, she manage to make Jeon industries where it is now. But after his father's death, there was no one to hold the line again.

After a few days of the party, now Taehyung is the CEO of his father's company.  He is very new to this entire industry. His father's personal assistant Mr.Lee is with him, helping him to know the company well. While studying some old documents, Tae's eyes caught the red file in the right corner of the almirah. He was going to pick it up but Mr. Lee snatched it from his hands. Taehyung asked what was in that file, what was he hiding from him? Mr. Lee was silent. Taehyung didn't stop, he kept asking him to tell what he was hiding. Finally, after a lot of pressure, Mr. Lee confessed everything. He knew he couldn't hide the truth from him anymore. He told him about his father that he was a mafia and this industry was made to hide his mafia identity. He told him how Kim and Jeon industries were so close to each other. They were the superior ones in the mafia industry, everyone fears out by only hearing their name but when he met his mother everything changed, because of his mother, his father left the mafia industry and determined to make this company the main focus. But when he left the mafia oneday they had a fight with JEONs and in that fight, Mr. Jeon lost his life. Now Jeon is directed by his wife and only son Jeon Jungkook. Taehyung was shocked. His best friend the son of his father's rival. Now he understands why Jungkook left the party all of a sudden.

He was surprised that how his father hide from him all these days that he was a mafia in his early life. He promise Mr.lee that he will never let his father know that he get to know this all but Mr. Lee also had to promise that he will never let his father know that from now on he is going to take that line on. He promised.
They discussed more files together and found out that they have mafia chain in India long ago but it was capture by their other rivals long ago. They planned they will make an outlet of their company in India and in that purpose they gonna retrieve their mafia den again.
