Chpt. 5

I can't believe this is happening. I never thought I would be sitting next to two gorgeous guys that were desperately trying to get my attention.  Mini-golf was horrendous. I can not golf to save my freakn life and Liam kept making fun of me. It was ok with it at first until I hit the ball so hard one time; it hit some old lady in the parking lot next to the course. The lady was so mad that she came over to me threatening to call the police and hitting me with her bag.  This made all of the guys and Emily laugh at me and I ended up storming off in search of ice cream to calm me down. I couldn’t believe they would just laugh at me; it’s not my fault I’m not coordinate and suck at golf. It’s not like I need to know how to golf anyways to get somewhere with my life. Ugh, stupid hot guys thinking they can just laugh at me. Who hell do they think they are?

I felt a nudge at my side and turned to see Noah giving me a funny look. I blushed realizing I have been glaring at my ice cream for the past 5 minutes.

“Aww, your so cute with your blush!” said Louis poking me with his spoon.

“Oh shut up Louis,” I said getting redder. I had forgotten about him. He was sitting across from me, next to Emily who was grinning like a Cherishes Cat.  I looked at Liam and saw he was also grinning at me.

“Ugh, why must you guys always pick on me. Its not fair!”

“Sorry love. You just set yourself up sometimes,” Liam replied. I rolled my eyes at him but couldn’t help grinning at him.

“You love it anyways,” said Noah trying to get my attention on to him.

“Hey guys, we should get going soon. There is this party tonight so us girls have to get ready.” Emily said. I looked at my watch and chuckled. It was five o’clock and we probably wont be going to the party till 10. Emily looked at me knowingly. She could sense my irritation probably.

“Oh, you guys are going to Jeremy’s party?” Noah questioned. Jeremy was the captain of the basketball team and was extremely attractive with his baby blue eyes and spiky blonde hair. Emily was a sucker for him and loved to flirt with him.

“Of course, big boy. Jeremy is my number one guy. Wouldn’t want to miss his party. I can feel it’s a good night to have some fun to.” Emily concluded winking at me. I chuckled at this. Emily loved to have fun which is scary because her definition of fun is getting drunk and making out with the hottest kid at the party. Hey, Im not saying she’s a dirty slut or anything. She’s a sweet girl during the day but turns into a hoe at partys, but I love her for it.

“Well me and my mate are all in for a party.” Said Louis. “We haven’t been to a high school party in forever.”

I looked at Liam. He didn’t look to convince about going to a party. “You don’t have to go if you don’t want to Liam.” I told him. I was kind of hoping that he would want to go.

“Well I’m not a big partier but I’ll go to spend some time with you Taylor.” Liam said with an honest smile. Hearing those words and seeing him smile made me frozen with joy. I was staring into his beautiful brown eyes wondering how I met this amazing guy. I then broke out into huge smile with slightly red cheeks when I realized I had been staring at him for a while.

“Well now that’s settled. Tay and I will be leaving. See you guys later.” Emily grabbed my arm and pulled me away from the table while I waved to the three guys sat staring at us retreating.

I was sitting in my room, staring at the mirror. All I could see was some big eyed frizzy hair freak. I couldn’t understand how Liam could want to hang out with me. I mean he is famous and could have anyone. So why me? He was probably just using me anyways. Its not like he could date anyways with his busy schedule and traveling all of the time. Ugh why me?!?

“Taylor!!!!!!!” I jumped up in my seat rubbing my ear.

“Jesus Emily, what the hell? Why did you scream in my ear.”

“Well, I kept asking you a question but you wouldn’t answer me. Then I realized you had that ‘I’m on a different planet, hit me up later’ look on your face, so I took matters into my own hand. What’s wrong anyways? You look depressed.”

I look at my friend. You could clearly see the worry on her face. I didn’t deserve her. She was always there for me and always knew when something was up. I went over to her and hugged her.

“I love you Em.” I said tearing up a little.

“Woah there girl. Do not start with the water works.” Emily said laughing to lighten up the mood. I giggled at her and pulled back.

“It’s nothing, I was just thinking about how anyone could like me. I look and act like a freak.”

“What the hell are you talking about Tay!” Emily yelled hitting my arm hard.

“Ouch that hurt Emily” I yelped, rubbing at my arm and sending her a glare.

“Ya, well you deserved it. You are acting stupid. You are gorgeous and you should know that. All the guys look at you like your some kind of goddess. Damn you are so blind sometimes. Liam Payne is freakn interested in you. There must be something special about you if that beautiful hunk of man likes you. So stop this whining and show me where your straightener is at and that dress I got you for your birthday last year so I can make you into a freakn sex goddess that nobody can resist.” Emily concluded looking slightly red in the face for ranting at me for so long. I looked at Emily shocked and nodded my head. I then proceeded to get the things she wanted. I got out my emerald green dress. I loved this dress but only wore it a couple of times. It was strapless with a swear heart neckline and hugged by curves in a flattering way. It ended just above by knee showing off my nice long tan legs. Well according to Emily. I did think it brought out my eyes nicely though. I laid this on the bed and pulled out my gold heels to go with it. Emily nodded her head at me in approval.

Emily then started to straighten my hair which took most of the time. My hair was huge and took a while to straighten all of it. When it was done it was already 8 o’clock. Emily then did her own hair in a rush while I fixed up my makeup. I put on gold glitter eye shadow that brought out some gold flecks in my eyes and made my eyes shine.  I then put on my dress and shoes and looked at Emily. Her hair was up in an intricate bun that was really cute on her. She was wearing a short strapless dark maroon dress that made her look gorgeous. I let out a low whistle, wiggling my eye brows at her in a suggestive manner. She giggled at me and then did a little dance that shouldn’t be done in front of small children if you get my drift.

“Come on you slut, save it for the dance floor.” I chuckled. I then grabbed her arm and our hand bags and dragged her out of my room.

“We should leave soon. Its already 9:30 and the party should be in full blast soon” I stated.

“Ok. Well Liam should be here soon.”

“Wait, why would he be here?” I asked shocked, while feeling butterflies in my stomach.

“Well, they don’t know where the party is, so it would be easier to go together and they wanted to drive us. I don’t think its that big of a deal hon.”

The sound of the doorbell made us stop our conversation. I sent Emily a glare and turned to get the door, wiping my sweaty hands on my dress. I then nervously opened the door and was instantly speechless.

There standing was Liam looking absolutely gorgeous in a white button up shirt and dark jeans with red kicks. Oh god, he looked yummy. His muscles were looked so good in that shirt. I wonder what he would look like if I unbutton his shirt. Hmmm, I so want to take his shirt off now and see what’s underneath. And his hair. Ugh its perfect. I just want to run my figures through it and….

I was interrupted by the clearing of a throat.

“You look beautiful Taylor.” Liam said in a husky voice that made me want to jump him at that moment. My thoat went dry and my mind turned into a mushy mess.

Oh god, tonight is going to be a long night…………..
