Relax

They always say
You have to relax.
Don't move a muscle.

I relax
But it's not relaxing.
My mind runs at a hundred miles,
Thought after though after thought.
Never ending torture is found
In relaxing.

I can't relax.
I think too much.
What can I do?
I worry,
I fantasize,
I get songs stuck in my head.

But these thoughts,
Though very annoying,
Run trough my head
Tiring my mind
Until I fall asleep.
And I'll relax.
