Nico
I gasped as I was struck in the face with a large textbook.
The boys surrounded me and began their beatings against my body.
I was kicked and beat for hours. At that point, I was ready to go home. High School had sucked ass anyways, but what I was most afraid of was coming home to Will.See, Will is a son of Apollo, and my boyfriend. (More like significant annoyance) and if I come home looking like this, with a forming black eye and cuts all over, it's not gonna end well for me. Or them. But at this point, my ribs ached and i just wanted to be in his arms again. At least his schedule is different from mine so he gets off earlier than I do, considering he does take extra classes.
I quickly hurried home, and pulled open the door. I was met with an empty house, and I rushed up to the bathroom. I groaned as I stared into the mirror. To put it lightly, I looked like shit. I sighed, and pulled out my hidden stash of concealer, foundation, all that crap I use to cover up. By the end, i looked somewhat presentable, so I headed downstairs and waited for Will to get home.
I was in the middle of an episode of Golden Girls (Neeks, this is why you need Will. WHAT IS THIS TELEVISION CHOICE?! ITS ICONIC, BUT YA GOTTA HAVE SOMETHING BETTER THAN THAT! ahem srry. On with the story!) when I heard the door open. "Shit." I paused my show and walked to the door.
"Hey Will, how was class?"
I asked, kissing him on the cheek.
"Good, the lesson went pretty quick, so I was a-"
Will leaned in closer.
"What is that on your face?"
He asked.
"Oh um, nothing."
I quickly replied. He grabbed my arm and pulled me into the bathroom, and washed off all the makeup off my face.
"Neeks...What happened?"
He asked as he got a good look at my face.
"I-I, wh-"
I burst into tears as I threw myself at him. He caught me, and held me tight, and I poured my heart out to him, about the boys, the makeup, everything. All he did was hug me tight as we duck-walked to our bed.
"Neeks, why didn't you tell me?"
He asked as he wiped my tear stained face.
"I-I'm sorry."
I whispered.
"I didn't want you to know."
"You know you can tell me anything."
He whispered back.
"Do you need anything?"
He asks, like the caring person he is.
"No."
"For now, just hold me tight."
