Fur Will Fly

Ghoulia, Lagoona, Draculaura, Clawdian, and Alienana all sat on the bleachers, watching a couple of students run around the track. 

Well, more like Alienana and Lagoona were watching since Ghoulia was reading. Dracularua was reading a magazine, and Clawdian was filing his claws.

“Jaundice Brothers so two centuries ago, Justin Biter ghoulicious!” Draculaura gasped seeing Heath pass by them, “Heath Burns..ignore!”

Heath stopped in front of them and jogged in place.

“Hey ladies! Check me, I'm on fire today!” He flexed his arm and lit his head on fire. He then looked over at Alienana, “Hey Martian babe! Don't you look out of this world” He winked over at her, “Wanna see me break the speed record?”

The vampire narrowed her eyes at him, “Conceited much? She's not interested.”

“Get over yourself, Heath!” Lagoona yelled down to him. 

Alienana gave an awkward smile, “Uh..umm…”

Clawdian scoffed loudly and glared at the burning monster, “You're not that fast, Heath. I got more hustle in one claw than you got in your whole body!”

“Woah ho! My ears are burning!” Heath mocked, “I could totally burn past you on the track.” He looked over at Alienana with a smug smirk, “And show Miss Martian here, what a real monster can do.”

The werewolf let out a growl and leaped onto his feet, “He did not just say that. Not today!” He glared at the hot-headed monster, “Bring it on sparky!”

“First one around the track wins, loser cleans the pit of horror!” Heath smirked and lowered his voice so only Clawdian could hear, “The loser also has to give up pursuing Miss Martian forever.”

A cocky smirk creeped onto  Clawdians face, “You're on Heath.” He then started throwing all his things over at Draculaura and Alienana, “Here hold my bag and my books, earrings, laptop, phone, makeup bag, all my bracelets.”

Surprisingly, the two ghouls caught everything in hand.

Heath started stretching and looked over at Clawdian's brother, “Hey Clawd, aren't you gonna stay to see me flame past your little brother?”

Clawd looked unamused with his arms crossed, “Bro, I can't watch this. You just had to choose today?” He shook his head and left the field.

The two male monsters stood at the starting line, Heath got into a running position, while Clawdian stood still with his arms crossed.

The gun shot off, and the race began. Heath took off sprinting, but Clawdian stayed in place.

“I'll come by every afternoon to laugh at you!” Heath taunted the wolf as he was halfway done with the track.

Clawdian scoffed and shot a small smirk over to the ghouls, “Hit it ghouls.”

Draculaura, Lagoon, and Alienana walked to the top of the bleachers and ripped off one of the red curtains on the large window.

“Betcha, didn't realize it was a full moon tonight.” Lagoona said, pointing at the bright moon shining through the window.

“Go get him, Wolfie!” Alienana cheered, holding the red curtain tightly.

The werewolf let out a loud howl and was speeding his way along the track. He easily caught up to Heath, passing him, only to run backward to face him.

“Me and my ghouls will come and visit you every afternoon!” He returned the earlier taunt as he was facing backward, “To laugh at you!”

The werewolf easily finished the race, and Heath slowed down into a jog as he reached the finish line with a dejected face.

Clawdian took the shovel from Lagoon with one hand, then with the other grabbed the front of Heath's jersey, bringing the monster close.

“You lost burns. Keep your eyes off my martian.” He growled out, his eyes flashing gold briefly. He then shoved the shovel into the monster's chest before walking back over to the ghouls.

“You were amazing, Wolfie!” Alienana praised as she leaped into his arms, hugging him tightly.

Clawdian blushed lightly and let out a small purr as he nuzzled the girl closer. His tail swung happily behind him.

The next day, Lagoona, Dracularua, Clawdian, and Alienana met up. All of them wore an evil grin  on their faces as they walked towards the pit of horror.

When they got close to the greenly lit pit, they could hear screams of terror from Heath down below.

They stood at the edge of the pit and laughed, watching the flame headed male try to deal with the tentacled beast down below.

Clawdian wore a smug smirk on his face as he casually placed his arm around Alienana's shoulder.

Lesson learned, never mess with a werewolf on a full moon, especially involving his future girl.
