SORRY!!! it's been almost a year... ngl i kinda had writers block and then I didn't like how I wrote it but anyways I'm back! PLEASE COMMENT!! I need to hear what ur thinking of the book so far!

Flashback

Grunting filled the room as Kane and I fought.

"Come on you can do better than that," Kane said frustrated. "You're pulling your punches."

As soon as he said that he got hit in the face.

"You were saying" I smirked.

"Then do it again."

I closed my body off once more. Analyzing his body placement, I found an opening. I went to punch him but he caught my fist.

"You're pulling your punches."

"What I'm doing is trying."

"One day this could be life or death. Now punch correctly this time."

*Flashback end*

I left Bellamy without saying anything after I got done eating. I was tired but didn't want to sleep on the ground so I walked into the woods until I found some of the parachute. I cut some big enough to sleep comfortably in. I also picked up some large sticks.

I walked back to the drop ship to find some loose wiring. When I found some, I cut it from the ship. Not like we're going to need it, we don't have any communications.

I gathered all my stuff in my arms and went to find an open spot. Once I did, I started building it all together. It was a little tricky at first but I got a hang of it. Unlike the rest of the kids down here I didn't get an Earth skills class. After it was done I went back into the woods to get materials to build my bed.

I didn't have to go deep into the woods to get the materials, which I have to say was nice.

While walking, I felt something watching me. Keeping calm I took out my dagger—which I thankfully changed the location of in me to my waist band instead of my shoe— remembering what Kane taught me I got ready to fight.

"Come out!" I yelled slightly annoyed. Maybe it wasn't the best idea because one of them did put a spear in Jasper's heart but I'm not running away.

I was looking all over when I heard a thud in front of me. My eyes darted over to the darkness. I was faced with a grounder.

"Who are you?" He didn't say anything, just staring at me. "Why are you following me?" Still not saying anything. I got ready to walk away. If I don't need to fight, why fight?

As I took a step though he took one too. Mind games, got it.

"Look if you're not here to fight or kill me just let me gather my stuff. I'm not going to lie to you, I'm tired and I just want to sleep man. So... can I go?" Raising an eyebrow at him. He continued to look at me, then turned around and ran off.

He's a man of words...

I continued to gather my things and head back to camp. Once there I made my bed and finally went to sleep.

I shot up drenched in sweat, breathing rapidly. Damn it. I quickly got dressed and left to go bathe.
