I've been making egg fries every day, and every time I fry them, a particular phrase comes to mind.
There's a saying, 'If I break, it's a bird; if others break, it's a fried egg,' but it made me think differently this time.
What if I wanted to hatch the egg myself, but it's inside the refrigerator? In such a cold environment, can I even consider breaking the egg?
Chicks also need warmth to hatch. Through therapy and counseling, it feels like the refrigerator door is slowly opening.
It's often said that it's easier to change yourself than to change the world. However, ironically, I believe changing the environment is necessary for personal change.
Sometimes, when I read articles about exceptional individuals, I want to tell those who criticize them, 'They're exceptions; they wouldn't be in the news if they were typical.'
Everyone knows that eating well, sleeping, exercising, and socializing can improve mental and physical health. But many struggle to do these things themselves, leading to suffering.
I've come to realize that warmth is also necessary to hatch an egg.
If I ever break out of the refrigerator and hatch, I want to help others like me.
