His Captivating Eyes

Xiao zhan was busy designing, his work is not only a professor. He works as a professor for 3 days and then he goes to his studio for another 3 days which gives him one free day every week. He owns his own design studio and has a group of employees who treat him like an elder brother. Although his studio is small but his designs gained a lot of attention which made his little studio to receive more customers of big companies, Xiao Zhan does the most tricky and difficult designs which are hard for his employees and those of big companies.

He wore a white sweatpants with a white t-shirt with a pair of transparent glasses setting on his nose. As soon as he finished he heaved a sigh and took his phone to order food.

after 20 mins his food arrived and he started eating. Xiao Zhan grew up with his grandmother, his father died when he was 7 years old . it was not complicated death but his father simply drowned in a river while saving a lady. his grandmother always cooked for him and was in good health. she always shoo shed him away from the kitchen saying he should study hard to achieve his dreams instead of bothering himself in the kitchen thus Xiao Zhan did not managed to learn to cook. Two months ago, his granny went to Chongqing to take care of her sick sister. she said she might not be back for a year.

As Zhan was busy eating his phone rang it was video call, seeing it was his grandma he wiped his mouth clean before picking up.

"Nainai,you are so lively" Zhan could not help but say this when he heard the lively voices of women and kids in her background, and his voice contained a hint of bitterness.

Grandma Yu could not help but laugh loudly "Zhan'er,do you miss granny, what is with that bitter tone?" her rich tone reached his ears and zhan could only sigh as he subconsciously pouted and said " your precious wàisūn here is feeling very lonely and you're out there enjoying in a happy atmosphere" hearing this Grandma Yu laughed loudly as she said to someone next to her " my wàisūn said he misses me " then she laughed again happily seeing her smiling happily Xiao Zhan's lips also spread in smile."baobei, NaiNai also misses you very well, don't worry soon you will not be lonely anymore" Xiao Zhan did not take her last words into heart because he knew Grandma Yu was not coming back anytime soon. Zhan and grandma Yu chatted for a while and she reminded him before she hang up " zhan'er, make sure you eat well, sleep well, and be careful with your heat " nodding his head while listening his grandma nagging , grandma Yu finally finished her lecture and hang up the call.

Unbeknown to Xiao Zhan, Grandma Yu posted pics of the Apartment next to Zhan's. she really hoped her precious wàisūn will not be lonely as e said thus she decided to find a good neighbor for him.

Yibo sat on his bed as he searched a house to rent. He really could not bear it any longer, his neighbors were like  beasts in heat. He really could not understand how they can do it every single day. Today was Sunday and he had no classes so he was staying at home while his ears were plugged the whole day! literally the whole day!! At this rate even if he did not find a house he will rather stay in a hotel than in his house. Wang Yibo was in his last year in the university that is why he moved out of the dorm six months ago but these six months he had been busy doing programs coming home at night and leaving early in the morning so he was unaware of the monsters in the next door, that is until last month when he finished the program and started staying at home whenever he had time but unexpectedly the cat was out of the bag and the monsters in the next door were revealed to him tormenting him every day thus he  was eager to move out.

Yibo searched and went through all the houses available, he could not find one which was to his liking and even if there was one the price was on the sky. he looked and looked until he felt tired and was about to exit but  then he saw a house with two rooms , study room . two washrooms ,kitchen and was very cheap he couldn't help but frown as he though 

 'such a good house is very cheap, why is that?'

He scrolled his phone down until he saw the contact information and called the owner as he said when it was picked up

"is this Ms Yu?"
