*** hey guys this is my first story and probably my last, please bear with me, it will definitely be the best story you ever read xoxox***

As I walk down this familia stretch of beach, I can see my shadow intertwining with the waves. The long train of my dress falls behind me, and I hardly care about the fraying ends of the dress. I go to the shore break and dip my perfect tan ankles into the water. I can no longer see my flawless manicured toes as the water ripples over my feet. I sit in deep thought thinking about all the important questions in life: Is there really a God? Why am I in so much? What did I do to deserve this? Here I am, alone on my wedding day, my only company is a long seagull scrambling across the beach. I take this time to look back on my life and the one that got away. Since he left me, I've been struggling to keep myself together. I drowned myself in my studies, managing to get a 4.0 and graduating as valedictorian from Harvard. I picked up a few hobbies, I earned a black belt in karate, and performed with Circus de Soleil after I had mastered the art of trapeze. I look into my reflection in the cool blue waves and realize I have no prospects for the future.

Staring back at me is a petite woman with chestnut waves that reach to the small of her back. Her hair, though wind blown, is immaculate in its appearance. Her high, slender cheekbones accentuates my electric blue eyes, which are framed by dark, thick lashes. Her lips are slightly parted in contemplation, like two separated rose buds. Despite my slender body, I have always been heavy in the chest area, much to my dismay, along with my derrière. I am awfully plain and I can't help but let a sob escape on this realization. I cry silently into my designer Birkin bag. I was blessed with money from my parents, after they got into a fatal jet accident 3 years ago. My father was a successful oil tycoon while my mom was an heiress to a popular hotel branch.

I hear a familiar jingle in the distance , a sound I know so well that it brings back memories from the past. I spot a familiar pair of swim trunks, that I haven't seen since I was just 15.
