"Which university?" Hyunjin asked, curiosity lacing his tone.

Felix hesitated, he doesn't want to lie to him but he doesn't have an option "I dropped out from college," he admitted reluctantly, avoiding Hyunjin's gaze.

"Okay then We'll have plenty of time together, baby," Hyunjin replied with a smirk, causing Felix's cheeks to flush a deep red

"Y-yeah," Felix stammered

"Alright, just so we're clear on the rules," Hyunjin continued, his demeanor shifting slightly. "You belong to me, and no one else. You're free to do as you please in my house, and I'll spoil you" Felix nodded getting shy, "as in sugar d-daddy?" He asked shyly, hyunjin ruffled his hairs "yes, baby" 

"Would you like me to pay you?" Hyunjin offered, but Felix shook his head  

"N-no, I don't want money." "I actually enjoy pet names. Could you call me more of those?" Felix admitted shyly

"Sure thing, princess," Hyunjin replied with a smirk making him blush more

Felix was happy, finally, he is getting what he fantasized about. hyunjin smiled at him, and started driving

Both entered his big grey mansion, it has Gray white combination walls giving it modern look, but leaves something like old water fountain and old structure "you live a-alone? Where are your parents?" He asked shyly still can't get over that he is living with non other than Hwang hyunjin, who is famous in college as well as outside, he is the only heir of Hwang, shortly he is like a prince.

"Is it weird, if I say they are on a honeymoon.....? Not exactly but they are spending their time together" he told wondering about his parents as well, where they could be now? anyways he continued "so I'm alone"

Felix couldn't help but giggle. "That's cute. They won't mind me being here, will they?" he asked, curious about how Hyunjin's parents would react to his presence.

"Don't worry, they won't. Make yourself at home," Hyunjin reassured, his tone comforting.

Hyunjin called over his maid, Lia. "Lia, this is Felix. He'll be staying here. Please ensure he's comfortable and taken care of," he instructed, to which Lia nodded in acknowledgment.

Turning to Felix, Hyunjin continued, "She'll show you to your room. I'll send over some of my clothes for you to wear for now."

Felix was sad, that's it? He won't spend his time with him, at least show him his bedroom, Felix sighed he expected more, like cuddling, he loves cuddles and he wants his sugar daddy to take care of him when he feels like slipping in his headspace, he guessed wrong. he nodded, but hyunjin leaned in and hugged Felix, that's what Lia and Felix thought. hyunjin leaned and kissed Felix neck and sucked on it, leaving a purple blue mark on a perfect milky skin, that sent stingy sensation through Felix body and he unintentionally whined that more felt like moan, "mine" he whispered into his ears, pulled back and smirked and left leaving a blushing Felix behind and embarrassed because Lia was still there in front of him, looking at their little moment

"L-lets go," he said and she nodded and controlled to not yell at how cute they both look

For hyunjin, Felix is just a sugar baby, no feelings attached, yes he felt something about him but it's just attraction, Felix is cute, and a sub. he doesn't want anything rather than just having sex and all, it's not like he is sex addict, he just felt like to have someone who can be only his when he needed, someone who can control his temper, who can make him feel good. While he craved affection, he also feared it, wary of becoming too attached to someone who could abandon him.
