In the mountains the Decepticons are mining Energon as Starscream was making progress.

Starscream: You there! Fetch me a sample!

???: Geez your voice is still annoying Starscream.

Starscream growled as he sees Bel also a Cybertronian and a friend of Valt.

Then a figure stepped out of the shadows revealing to be Megatron.

Megatron: Now that I have returned I will issue the command.

Starscream: I understand master. And what of your army?

Megatron: My army will come. Allow me to show you both what I have found.

They both looked to a purple shard glowing in his hand.

Megatron tells them of Dark Energon and how he found it. Then the vehicons brings the dead body of Cliffjumper.

Starscream: Consider it a welcome home present.

Megatron simply smirked evilly.

Meanwhile in the Autobot base...

After Jack and the others met Optimus and his team they soon detect Cliffjumper's life signature.

Ratchet: Blasted Earth tech! Cliffjumper's signal popped back online.

Miko: Who's Cliffjumper?

Optimus: How is that possible?

Valt: That doesn't matter right now we have to save Cliffjumper.

Optimus nodded as they go to save Cliffjumper but he was not the same he was an undead. After that they were back at base while on the Nemesis Megatron pludged the shard into his spark chamber.
