my alarm blared I sat up quickly and hit it to turn it off I rubbed my eyes and layed back down debating on just staying in bed all day but then Bella came barging in "hurry up lo or I'll leave youu!" she yelled and slammed the door and walked out
"Jeez bell can't a woman get her beauty sleep" I said sarcastically. I finally got out of bed and got dressed in some comfy close a dark green patterned sweater and some grey open sweats with my burks and fuzzy socks
I know I should dress more up but I honestly couldn't care less right now I'm to tired. I brush my teeth and head down stairs
"Bella I'm ready let's go!" I yell as I walk out the door to the truck. it's rainy and cold out good thing I wore a sweater I thought to myself.
Bella gets in the car and we head off to school chatting about how nervous we were. after a while we came to a stop forks high school.
I look to Bella, "you ready?" I question
"I guess" she sighs as she opens her door I just nod as I get off too
Immediately I feel eyes on us we both just put our head down and start walking. Suddenly a guy walks towards us "Isabella Lorena the two new girls!" A guy with swooped long hair approaches us swinging his arms around our shoulders "twins I'm guessing?!" He questions Bella just nods.
I felt immediately uncomfortable so I tug his arm off of me and Bella "I'll just find my own way to class you gonna be alright bells?" I ask looking towards my sister hinting if she wanted to leave with me.
"no I'll be alright thanks lo be safe meet you at lunch" she says as she walks off the boy trailing after her
I sigh and I head to get my schedule as I was walking out I bumped into someone and all my papers fall to the ground. "oh gosh I'm so sorry " i apologize grabbing my papers and the other person helps me. I finally look up to see a 6ft pretty tall guy with golden eyes and curly blonde hair he looked like a god.
I realize I was staring and snap out of it as he speaks in a low hushed tone "it's alright ma'am it was my fault" I can hear his southern accent peaking through as I was about to say thank you he just nods his head and walks off
what a weird guy I think to myself as I walk to my first period history.
as I walk in I realize class already started the teacher scolds me but ultimately lets me go realize I'm new
I head to the only open seat next to a pixie headed girl who smiled as I sat down. "Hii I'm Alice" she says in a excited tone I smile and respond "I'm Lorena but everyone calls me lo"
"That's a wonderful name I have a feeling we're gonna be good friends" she smiles showing her perfect purely teeth. I just smile and nod
me and Alice talk the whole period just random stuff until the bell rings I get up and grab my bag "see you later Alice" I smile and walk out as he waves bye
I head to gym I wonder how Bella survived this.
after gym I had biology I walked in and took a seat in the back and waited for everyone else
everyone finally got settled and the teacher started talking until a student walked in.
that boy I bumped into this morning.
the teacher scolded him as he walked to the back were I sat sitting right next to me he seemed ridged at first stiff and bothered but as the lesson went on he seemed to calm later when the teacher assigned us something to do with our partner he turned to me and grinned a bit
"Hello" he said in a deep voice but low "hi" I said quietly unsure if he would even hear me idk why I'm so nervous but who wouldn't be he is pretty cute.
Suddenly I feel this wave of calmness hit me and I sit up straighter "I'm jasper cullen" he says with a smile "we met this morning sorry about that actually"
"No worries I was being clumsy I never look were I'm going" I state with a smile blush creeping to my cheeks. He seemed to get more stiff and his smile disappear as his eyes got dark
"Are you ok?" I ask confused at the mood switch
He just nods and turns back away from me I put my head in my hands sitting the rest of class worried I did something wrong.
as soon as class ended he jolted up and walked straight out so quick I barley even registered it
what did I do I wonder on the way to lunch I met up with Bella and sat with her and her friends she met.
"Oh you must be Bella's twin" a strawberry blonde says to my right "yea my names Lorena" I say quietly
a blonde boy suddenly speaks up " wow beautiful name for a beautiful girl just like your sister"
I scrunch my eyebrows in confusion. Is he really flirting with me and my sister right now. This towns weird
suddenly the strawberry blonde speaks up again "jeez mike it's not like there all that" she jokes
I roll my eyes jeez why is everyone here either assholes or weird and flirty
suddenly I was snapped out of my thoughts by a door slamming I jolted and turned to look towards the noise
"Who are they?" I hear Bella ask
somebody let's out an exaggerated sigh "those are the Cullen there pretty weird there like all dating" they say in a annoyed tone
I turn to look at who ever was talking "there dad like adopted all of them and now there all incest and stuff" the girl with strawberry hair says looking over at them
"That over there is Rosalie and emmet Rosalie's mean and emmet over there just follows her like a puppy. that over there is Alice the weirdo with the pixie hair cut she always is bouncing off the walls, that over there sitting by her is jasper he always looks like he's in pain he's the weirder one out of all" she says with a roll of her eyes
what a bitch why does she have to be so rude "someone sounds jealous of them" I say
"I'm not there just like weird why would I be jealous there weirdos-" she says trying to defnd herself but gets cut off my Bella
"Who's that?" She says in a curious tone "oh that's Edward but don't get your hopes up no one's good enough for him even jasper there both stuck up" she says with an envious tone
"No i wasn't I was just curious" Bella puts her head down a bit eating her food slowly. taking quick glances and the Edward guy
The bell rings signaling lunch is over I head to my next couple classes then head to the parking lot finally this day is over I sigh and hop in the truck
bells gets in 5 minutes after me with a heavy sigh
"What's wrong bells?" I ask in a worried tone
"Nothing just the cullens Edward's so weird he acted like I smelled or something and tried getting his schedule changed" she groaned putting her head on the wheel
"Bells it'll be ok, his brother did the same to me except he was all nice then just became rude like I was weird." I said trying to cheer her up that it's nothing with her "the cullens are just weird or something" I say trying to move away from the topic and end the conversation
with that Bella just nods and starts the car and drives home. Today was weird I hope tomorrow is not like that. Thinking about it just gives me anxiety. I just lay my head against the window and close my eyes trying to calm down until we got home.
As we got there I saw Charlie was still working because his cars not there. I hop out and head straight to my room and lay on my bed today was exhausting I can't stop thinking about that jasper dude I wonder what was so wrong.
with all my lingering thoughts and sleepiness
I started to drift off to sleep letting it fully take over me and knocking out.
