The exchange student.

Chapter 2

I was making my way to school when a bunch of people jumped behind me.

I quickly turned around to see who it was , I let out a sight of relief realizing it was only my friends from school ; Julie , Ellen , Judith . Both Karen and Selena couldn't come because ,as far as I know, they had the flu or something .

Since we all go to the same form , we have the same age. We all laughed uncontrollably and then started talking about what we did on the weekend while walking to school.

I then said my goodbyes because on first period I had science with Mr.Freckly which I didn't have with any of them.

I walked to my usual seat and took my books out. "Alright class settle down." Mr.Freckly said. "From now on we will be having a new student that just came all the way from London. I hope you'll all be nice . " The hole class went wild with gossip.

The girls were hoping it was a boy and the guys hoping it was a girl. To be honest I didn't really care, I already had my friends and I had much more important things to care about. I don't mean to sound rude but it's the truth.

Finally the new exchange student came in , it was a boy . I could already hear all the girls quietly squealing of joy, I just rolled my eyes and opened the text book to the right page.

While I was getting my work done I felt someone tap my back. I vaguely turned around and saw him there, the new kid . Who had a very familiar face.

"Hey" He said.

"Hi" I replied.

"Sorry to bother you but Mr.Freckly , I think that's his name , told me to sit next to you . So you could show me around."He told me nervously while scratching the back of his neck .

"Sure no problem." I smiled , he then smiled back and sat down .
