Erebus and Alastor are pretty much the same, but also not
They're more like best friends, or possibly one-sided best friends [depending on what Alastor I'm talking to, possibly]

Erebus really cares for Alastor's wellbeing and does what it can to help him. Erebus really cares for everyone that Alastor is nice/okay with, even characters like angel dust often befriend it.

[This is from a platonic charlastor comic, don't judge its the only one where I could find something about the shadow-]

It is very clingy and latches onto people when its comfortable

It actually shows emotions unlike Alastor, and is sort of the main caretaker for Alastor, despite the fact that Al might refuse help

It also does form its own relationships, but only with people that Alastor is okay with, even if he acts like he hates them.

Vox is an example of someone Erebus refuses to stay in contact with
Angel is an example of someone it would get close to because despite Alastor being annoyed with him, he doesn't hate Angel

Erebus is still asexual, but is more demi-romantic and gets flustered easily [as seen with _-VEN0M-_ and The_Mafia_Demon ] and it loves compliments but can't handle too many without leaving for a moment

It is very clingy and enjoys cuddling as long as the person doesn't just grab it first

So yeah, I think that's all for now, I'll probably add more parts to this when I get more ideas for Shades
