Author POV:
When jannat and rayyan reached the room they saw innara sitting in his Baba's laptop and talking about his wishes for her next birthday and her baba nodding his head to his princess's demand.when zayyan saw the mother-son standing at the door the told inaara to go down and play with her saahir bhai.inaara immediately ran off.
After Innara went, raayan and jannat came inside the room.jannat settled on the bed near her husband and rayyan was standing in front of his parents with his head bowed down.
Zayyan:come here(sternly)
Scared raayan came close to his baba.zayyan held his ears firmly.rayyan started to cry because of the pain in his ears
Zayaan: quite now!!(Sternly)
Zayaan left his ears and held both hand in his hand.rayyan stop.crying but the hiccups didn't stop.he was continuously looking down
Zayyan:look at me!!what did I tell you last time about lying???(sternly)(Rayaan immediately looks at his baba)
Rayyan: lying is a bad habit and if I will lie again you will punish me(said slowly between his hiccups)
Zayyan:so did you not understand what I said last time??(Sternly)
Rayyan:sorry baba I won't repeat..
Zayyan:last time also you said the same thing and I let you go without punishment but not this time. You will be getting punished this time(coldly)
Rayyan starts crying
Zayyan:if you continue crying your punishment will be doubled.so better stop your crying session..(rayyan stops crying)
Rayyan :sorry baba( crying)
Zayyan: you will not be using a phone or laptop for 1 week and you will kneel down in the hall now and write 50 time that you will not lie to your parents.also I want your books complete by tomorrow.got it??
Rayyan:okay baba.(Crying)
Zayyan:this time I am not punishing you harshly but if I hear another complaint of yours then you won't be spared this easily.you will get a good beating from my belt.
(He has never used belt on his children and is not even planning ...just scaring his son)
Rayyan(scared): okay baba
Zayyan:good now go and complete your punishment before dinner..
Rayyan went to the hall silently with his books and knell down near the couch and started doing his punishment.
In the room:
Zayyan:what happen??are you update that I punished him???
Jannat:even though I am upset but I know he deserves this.if we would have let it go then he will again repeat him.but what about that belt thing..were you serious???
Zayyan: yes (teasingly)
Jannat:no never...I am not allowing to hit my children's with belt they are really small.amd even when they grow up you will never hit them with belt.(Angrily)
Zayyan:calm down jaana...I was just scaring him so that he doesn't lie again!!
If he will get in the habit of lying at such a small age then he will get spoiled.i don't want my son to become a brat.
Jannat:yeah you are right. Come let's go down and see what the other two are doing.
They both went down and saw rayyan kneeling near couch and saahir was watching tv along with inaara who is using jannat mobile phone in the drawing room.zayyan sit on the couch near rayyan and jannat went in drawing room.
Jannat:what did I tell you saahir??(Angrily)
Hearing his mother's angry voice saahir immediately shut the tv and look at his mother and inaara ran to her mother who took her in his arms
Saahir:i was just going to do my homework(smiling trying to charm his mumma)
Jannat:when I tell you to do something do it immediately otherwise next time I am going now complain to your papa.you want me to do that???(Sternly)
Saahir(scared):no no...I will listen to you.
Btw where is baba ??
Jannat:hall..why??
Saahir: nothing just asking..now I am going to complet my work...(He ran off to his room)
Jannat:innara(sternly)
Inaara:yesh mumma???(Innocently)
Jannat:how many times I have told you that small kids don't use mobiles??
Inaara:many times
Jannat:then why did you not listen to mumma???
Innara:getting bored...nothing to do ....so take phone ...sorry(innocently)
Jannat:okay but no next time okay
Because aara is a good girl right??
Inaara:no no aara is a best girl Baba says(loudly)
Jannat:okay Mera bacha you are a best girl happy???(Kissed her forehead)inaara nods her head happily
Time skip to 8:30
Rayyan completed his punishment and showed to his baba
Rayaan: baba done(tiredly)
Zayyan:good now come here!!sit
Raayan went to his baba and sit besides his baba..zayyan give him a side hug and held him lovingly
Zayaan:baba doesn't like to punish you but you don't give me a option.i don't like it when my son is lying and misbehaving.i don't want you to do this again.you know I am okay with playing and pranking but no misbehaving,okay???
Rayyan:sorry baba I won't repeat this again. I am really sorry
Zayyan:it's okay(kissed his forehead) come let's go for dinner.
Rayyan nods and go the kitchen to apologise to his mother
Rayyan:mumma??
Jannat:kya hua rayu
That's all jaanat called his son by his nickname and he immediately hug his mother crying and apologized for lying to which her mother pat her back and forgave him..
They all have they dinner with their friendly siblings fights and bickering.tje day end on a happy note❤️
