Benny's POV

It had been almost a week since the podcast aired, and the world hadn't shut up about it since.

Clips of us laughing, singing, talking shit and telling the truth—everywhere. TikTok edits with grainy VHS filters. Fan threads on Twitter arguing over whose laugh was better, Fallon's or mine. Amelia's dramatic eye roll had its own GIF set. Damon's smirk? Viral. Fallon quoting lyrics from "Fuck It"? Straight-up anthem status now.

And me?

Well, apparently I was now "the lesbian rockstar who bagged Madison Beer."

@indiesleuths on TikTok posted a clip captioned:
"Not Benny Everhart blushing when they brought up Madison. This is so real. This is love."

On Instagram, @madsbeermuse posted a side-by-side of me in my leather jacket and Madison at the VMAs with the caption: "Power couple energy. The rockstar and the siren."

Even verified accounts joined in—

@taylorswift reposted the clip of Fallon talking about her sobriety with the caption: "This is strength. This is art. Fallon, you are fire."

@arianagrande commented on Amelia's behind-the-scenes photo: "Still not over this episode. NSB forever 🖤🖤"

@bennybeerupdates on TikTok made a three-minute video titled, "Mads & Bens Are the Moment. Accept it." It already had 2.8M views and climbing.

Then there was @sydtheband saying, "Bowie's production brain should be studied in a lab."

And @mxmtoon quoting Amelia's Riverdale bit with a "LEGEND." Even @bazzi chimed in, saying, "This band is built different."

@billieeilish liked Fallon's clip talking about sobriety.

@finneas reposted a clip of Damon drumming with: "Precision. Power. Punk."

But the one that made me stop?

@madisonbeer, under a fan post of us together:
"She's kind of my favorite 🐻🖤"

That shut me up for a full hour.

Now, here I was, pulling into her driveway in Encino. She'd just bought the house from Ashley Tisdale, and it looked like something out of a design magazine—sharp lines, warm stone, tall blonde-wood doors. Clean. Quiet. Solid. I sat in my truck for a second, watching the sun fade over the roof, headlights off, engine cooling.
