A Million Miles Without You

Chapter Two

Harry woke up to the sound of his alarm. It was 5:30 and it is time for his morning run. He walked out of his room and grabbed a towel.

No one was in the bathroom so he figured he take a quick shower. He got completely undressed and got in the shower. He always made freezing cold showers because it was woke him up

He rubbed shampoo in his hair. As he was washing out the shampoo someone knocked on the door. "Who is it?" Harry asked angrily because he can never take a shower and peace. " "Can you hurry up in there" Harry recognize the voice instantly it was , Gemma his sister.

He finished his shower and wrapped the towel around his waist. He unlocked the bathroom door and walked to his bedroom. "Finaly" his sister Gemma said.

He threw on some of his clothes and put his running shoes on. The clothes he were wearing didn't really match, but he didn't care most his clothes were in boxes any way. He grabbed his phone and had a new message from Louis it red:

I'll pick you up at 8:00 or 8:30

Harry replied with an thumbs up and then threw his phone in his pocket. He walked out of his room and to the kitchen.

He grabbed a water bottle and an orange and headed out the front door. Harry never ran just walked, he got up so early because he loves the quiet in the morning. There no car horns, no people on phones, no children yelling, nothing except a few birds chirping.

He walked until it was about 7:30. He waited in his living room on the couch watching tv. He keeps checking his phone to see if Louis had texted him. Finally he had a new message: I'm out front.

They arrived at a local coffee shop. Louis walked in first and was greeted by a middle-aged woman.

The middle-aged women, our waitress, introduced herself as Rachel. Rachel sat them in a booth in the back. She handed them the menu and went to serve other customers.

Louis looked over the menu a few times before finally decided he wanted a iced mocha with a chocolate muffin. Harry had been here before when they were looking for a house and he had the best pie ever here. So he decided he would get a piece of pumpkin pie and a coffee.

The waitress, Rachel came back for there orders. "What would you like to drink?" she asked. Louis let Harry order his drink first. "I'll take a coffee. And could I just get a bowl of creamers and sugars?" He asked. "Yeah. And you?" She said looking into louis eyes.

"I will take an iced mocha and a chocolate muffin." Louis said. She wrote down there orders and said she would be right back. She left and Louis and Harry were in silence.

"Do you have any siblings?" Harry asked trying to make small talk. "Yeah I got three sisters. Do you got any?" Louis asked. "Yeah. A brother and a sister. I wonder what is taking her so long." Harry said looking for their waitress.

As soon as Harry said that Rachel come with there food and drinks.
Harry got his food first and then Louis got his. "Oh my god! This muffin is huge! Wanna spilt it?" Louis asked.

Louis cut his muffin in half and gave Harry a piece. "Thanks. You wanna some of this pie?" Harry asked splitting the pie in half and giving him a half.

"Thanks," Louis began speaking "hey I got this movie we can go to my house and watch it. Make so treats have some popcorn." "Thats sounds fun let's go." Harry said getting his wallet out.

Louis pulled into his drive way. They both got out and Harry followed Louis into his house. "Hello. Who's this?" Louis mom, Johannah, asked. "This is Harry were going to go watch a movie." Louis said answering her question.

"Ok well have fun" she said, smiling at Harry. They picked out a few movies to watch. The first one being Ted. After Ted they watch a couple more movies.

It was midnight. "Hey. I wanna show you something." Louis said grabbing Harry's hand and pulled him behind him. They walked outside side-by-side, but they were still holding hands.

They walked to the side of the house were there was a ladder. The ladder was there because his dad was doing stuff on the roof. Louis started climbing up the ladder and Harry followed. "There is a great view of the stars up here." Louis said.

They made it to the top and laid down. They stare at all the stars. Louis moved his hand and held Harry's. Harry looked in his eye with a questioning look. Harry moved close and laid on his side.

Harry placed his lips on Louis. When he pulled them off he was in shock that he had just done that. "I need to go I will see you later" Harry said. "Do you want me to drive you home?" Louis asked. "No. I'm fine. I can walk." He said climbing down the ladder.
