Because it was night time Lianya's Sun hollowed arrows wouldn't work so she was forced to switch to Auriels shield alongside Chillrend and activating the restoration spell called stendarr's aura as she went forward blocking and swiping with her sword against the oncoming vampiric army. Charging forward she shield bashed a vampire with her shield before driving chillrend into its chest before cleaving it clean up the middle causing its upper half to split as she turned and charged forward as three vampire night stalkers were attempting to gang up on her she adjusted her footing before heavily shield bashing them as the Aedric artifact Auriels shield set off a shockwave which sent the vampires flying straight into Asadelfs incoming elemental bolt incinerating them into ash. Asadelf used Elemental Bolt in her left hand while wielding goldbrand in her right while covered in a flame cloak to keep any undead at arm's length. Her high level fire cloak incinerating any undead dumb enough to get with an arms reach while her elemental bolt exploded and destroyed anything in her path as she charged forward cleaving a vampire welp clean in half with the golden katana goldbrand as she sheaths her sword on her hip before pulling out two of her special staffs one being the eye of the sun and the other one being the eye of melka rushing forward and firing the two high-powered fire staffs completely obliterating the oncoming undead horde once they were all on fire she put the arm of the Sun away before pulling goldbrand back off her hip and charged forward slashing and hacking it against them. Gila was jumping on one vampire and another shooting them with her bone arrows from the glass bow of the stag prince switching between her bow to her new war ax to her spear and then grappling damage by getting up close and throwing the vampires around with her bare hands because of her lycanthropy her physical prowess was on par with her undead adversaries as she stared at them with a wolf like smirk. Rushing forward grabbing a vampire by his neck before ripping his head clean off his shoulders before throwing it at another one before firing two more bone arrows into them pinning them both against the inn outside the wall. Gentu rushed forward activating Guardian Circle around himself as he wielded Dawnbreaker cleaving a vampire's head off its shoulder was Dawnbreaker causing its body to explode in a fiery explosion causing the other vampires nearby to start fleeing for the rest of them to pick off. He tucked and rolled sheathing dawnbreaker back onto his hip before pulling off his dwarven crossbow off of his back due to the lack of his other appendage he was forced to study it on his forearm before firing an exploding dwarven crossbow bolt at the ground in front of a few attacking vampire thrall causing them to explode and their body parts to go everywhere as he put another bolt inside his crossbow before putting it back over his back and rushing forward with dawnbreaker again. Ebon-shi spotted a master vampire about to assassinate the jarl as much as he wanted to see the old nord dead for his arrogance he was less of a threat than these vampires so he rushed forward and quickly decapitated the vampire about to drive its orcish dagger through the jarl's heart. " Don't bother thanking me I don't need it nor do I want it, just draw your sword and protect your people like a leader should!" The dunmer spoke in a serious tone before pulling off his bow of shadows and firing a ebony arrow directly behind him killing a vampire that was attempting to behead him with a ebony battle axe. The old jarl looking up at the dunmer who he had previously spoke to before gave a gentle nod of thanks before drawing his steel sword and going into battle. As the Jarl went into battle against the undead menace and protecting the old alchemist before being overwhelmed by two vampires about to be beheaded before Bulfrek came around the corner and decapitated the two vampires with a silver greatsword looking down at his master with a perfect opportunity to end him right there but instead offered him a hand up. " Don't you worry Master Skald, I've got your back." The young nord servant spoke before rushing behind his master and impaling another vampire that was attempting to blind side him proving not only his loyalty, but his natural talent. " VICTORY OR SOVERNGARDE!" Bulfrek shouted as he stood at his master's back as the two began fighting back to back with the elderly nord looking at his servant that before he looked down on now he looked at his servant with a new found respect. The rest of the citizens of Dawnstar took up arms against their undead Invaders and rushed out. "Hey dunmer heads up!" Skald yelled before picking up a steel war axe from one of the dead vampires and hurled it at a vampire thrall that was attempting to blind side Ebon-shi as the head of the axe impaling itself into the skull of the vampire dropping it's orcish sword at his feet as Ebon-shi turned his head to give the elderly nord a nod of gratitude before pulling the ebony blade off of his back and rapidly slashing through multiple vampires in one fell swoop. Asadelf was having the easiest time because of her flame cloak incinerating any undead that got close while alternating between using firestorm, elemental bolt, and flame cloak and then switching to the Forsworn staff called the eye of melka with goldbrand in her other hand as She lays waste to any undead in her path. Gila rushed forward twirling her spear in her hand as she masterfully maneuvered it aiming for the arms and heads of her undead adversaries before inevitably killing most of them and picked up her spear from the corpse of a vampire stalker before hurling it true piercing the spine of a retreating vampire before jumping on his back and ripping his head off his shoulders. Gentu was having the most difficulty adapting to the situation having only one arm to use primarily using dawnbreaker which decimated the undead horde in large quantities at a time. Soon the Dawnstar guards that were stationed off from Dawnstar rushed in adding to the numbers of people fighting against the vampire invasion among them was the breton riding on his reindeer wielding a sword that was completely unlike any the group had seen before it had a white guard but the blade itself was clearly made of moonstone yet had a light blue coloration on the handle and looked Aedric in nature.
