Did he choose to be bounded to the 64 square battle ground ?

Did any of them choose this ?
Restricted by their moves... to play by their set rules.

Then why did these checkered characters never got a chance to move as they so desired ?
Only choosing black or white but never in shades of grey ? Why ?

This book is in alignment to the main story 'Dastaan Jo Likhun' and is a detailed yet filler novella that gives an overview of the purpose of the titular characters.
I chose to write this book only because some of the characters that were designed in the main story have too much to share and too much to say. Their story also needs a place to exist without detracting from the purpose of the main characters.
My motto is very clear, a story is only as good as the layers of the characters. So treat this as a character study novel if you must.
P.S. If a character hasn't been mentioned here, it's because their story is breathing in the shadows... away from the glares of the spotlight.
