I stared at the pretty face laying down in front of me. I can't help but to admire her alluring features. Her beautiful almond eyes, her perfectly shaped nose, her pinkish lips. She's so pretty, I just smiled.

"You're pretty, Do-ah ya," she suddenly said and I just chuckled at her.

"You're probably dreaming," I replied.

"If this was a dream, I would choose not to wake up." Dayeon said and laughed.

I can't believe everything happened so fast. The evening I confessed to her she asked me to go on a morning coffee date with her and I agreed and now here we are, laying down on a soft grass below a tall tree beside the Han River.

I'll admit, I am scared. I am scared of what will happen to this day to the next following day. With Dayeon, I am the happiest, yet i'm afraid on whatever set-up we're on.

My life will be much brighter if it's like this. No problems, no pressure, no anything, just pure joy. I know I don't have any control on this stuff but all I want in my life is something new, something better, something that I really do enjoy.

"Baby, what are you thinking about? You're spacing out," I heard Dayeon said. I suddenly went back to my senses and I smiled at her.

"I'm good," I replied and she nodded at me.

"Hey what about we get ice cream? There's an ice cream truck over there!" she happily said pointed the ice cream truck across.

"I don't think i'm allowed—" I was about to finish my sentence when Dayeon cut me off, "You will not die just by eating ice cream, trust me you'll like it," Dayeon said and winked at me that made me laugh. She's cute.

She then grabbed my wrist playfully and we ran towards the ice cream truck together. When we reached the ice cream truck the ice cream man greeted us with us with a smile.

"I'll order a mint choco, what about you, pretty?" said Dayeon, and I can't help but blush.

I bit my bottom lip and said, "You and your never-ending names!" and she laughed at me and I just scoffed.

"So what flavor do you want? Not me babe, i'm not an ice cream," she said confidently.

"Just order for me, and can you shut the fuck up with the confidence?" I teased her and she just kept laughing at me.

"Okay uhm, vanilla?" she asked me and I just nodded.

After that the ice cream man gave us our ice creams. My ice cream is on the cup while Dayeon ordered cone. She said that she's scared that i'll get sticky after.

"You already paid for our coffee and bus trip earlier, it's my turn now," I said while getting my wallet.

"No, darling! I'm going to pay for our first date, then our second date, and to the other next dates," she said and hurriedly gave her credit card to the ice cream man.

"You are so unfair!" I gritted my teeth while saying that.

"Love, I know we're both rich but I still got this," she arrogantly said and took her credit card.
