Legend of Fiora the Thorn

Although many hemomancers despise vampires, it's fairly universal that all vampires love hemomancers. Anyone who can draw out the blood of others is regarded as a friend to the vampires of the world. Many vampires seek control of the power of hemomancy but it is closely guarded by the groves. One of the primary jobs of osteomancers is to protect the hemomancers they are traveling with from the various blood suckers. 

Fiora of Thorn was one of the only vampires let into the grove of hemomancers and the only one to achieve both the rank of dragon and the title of Bloody Rose Mother. In her case she was allowed to lead an entire coven herself under the condition that she always be accompanied by dragon ranked osteomancer, should she ever turn against the grove or the very order itself and divulge the techniques of hemomancy to other vampires. Being one of the only vampires a part of the order she was said to posses unique abilities not seen by any other hemomancer. Fiora was said to be able to summon briar vines from the ground that were connected to her allowing her to drink the blood of any victim caught by the thorn vines. Her sanguinary sense was so potent she could hit targets with her crimson darts without being able to see the targets with her eyes. It is told that when her coven was under attack by witch hunters and monster slayers, she used her Raging Blood Dragon ability to completely drain the blood of all five hundred men and women that slaughtered her coven. The only survivor being her osteomancer guardian who had to activate their impenetrable ivory dragon ability to survive her vicious assault. Some say she still lives deep in hiding. Away from the prying eyes of man.
