Its been a couple days since the whole fight, and everything was finally at peace.
I sat in my car, eating some ice cream with my best friend Alexa. "So how's it going with you and Chris?" She grinned as she looked at me. I playfully rolled my eyes, taking another spoonful of ice cream into my mouth. "We're good, he's sweet. I haven't seen him since that night, he's been busy." I shrugged, looking around as we where parked in the parking lot.
"Have you guys FaceTimed?" She asked me. "Yeah 2 nights ago." I say. "Red Flag, hes supposed to FaceTime you every night!" She says jokingly, pushing me lightly. "It's fine, he texts me when he isn't busy." I say, picking up my phone as he sent me a snap.
I was about to open it before Alexa completely stopped me. "Wait! Woah! Don't open it to fast! You need to wait a couple minutes, or match his energy and leave him on delivered longer." She says to me.
I furrowed my brows as I knew nothing about boys, "But why? He only left me on delivered for like 10 minutes." I say, looking at her, taking another bite of my ice cream.
"Still, match his energy. Always y/n." She says. "Welp that's my que to start driving." I laugh lightly as a I start up the car, placing my ice cream in the cup holder.
"Can you drop me off home, I have to go shopping with my Mom, promised her." Alexa says, putting her seatbelt on. "Yeah of course."

I soon get home, shutting the door behind me, as it was blazing hot outside. I put my keys down, as I ran a hand through my hair before realizing how quite the house was. I furrowed my brows as I began to hear some noises in the backyard.
I walked outside to the deck, seeing my Dad cooking on the grill, and everyone in the pool. "Hey Dad." I smiled, hugging him. "Hey honey, you had fun with Alexa?" He asked me, flipping a burger on the grill.
"Yeah." I smiled.
I walked down the stairs, looking at my siblings in the pool. "Where's Mom?!" I asked as she wasn't in the pool with them. "She went to the store to pick up more floaties for the pool!" Daelo responds, as he was swimming in the shorter area. "Get in the pool! It's warm!" Jaden shouts, as he swam around.
I dipped my foot, as I quickly took it out. It was freezing. "Yeah no thanks."
"Come on! Don't be boring y/n!" My sister says splashing me. I playfully rolled my eyes. "Fine! Let me go change!" I give in.
I run upstairs into my room, quickly changing into one of my bathing suits.

I look at myself in the mirror, smiling, as I quickly forgot to snap Chris back. I opened the snap, seeing a picture of him smiling.
I decided to take a quick mirror picture, sending it to him. I put on some sun screen, before he answered right away. I opened it, seeing him smiling once again with the caption, "you look so beautiful."
