You know when you get up really fast and your leg is in a bad position so you get that bad leg cramp. Well that's what i felt like except it was all over my body, twisting uncomfortable pain shooting up from my toes to the top of my head, and then it went black.
Erix shot up. another dream and this time he didn't even know who it was in the dream but he heard the first word in the person's mind "Erix." Why would this unidentified person know his name?
Erix has had these dreams since he was 5, his mother had said he was special, his father said he was faking or a freak. If you asked Erix he would just brush the question of swiftly changing the subject, acting as if the subject was inferior, like it was nothing of importance but then the dreams started coming true, it started off small like he would see his mother at kitchen table eating oatmeal yelling at his father and the next morning you could hear the insufferable yells not only at the same time in the same place but the same topic too.
Then it got bigger next thing you know he would be sitting in a black suit at the exact funeral for the exact person he had dreamt of prior. He felt useless knowing he could help but not knowing how.The dreams provided nothing helpful like how it happened or when it happened you just were shown at a funeral and then whisked away gaining consciousness in the morning.
So what was so different about this one, maybe it was how it felt like he was in the person's body, maybe it was the unfamiliarity with the person despite them knowing his name. He went on with his day seeing if he could see the person and remember but nothing works and that night he had a dream different from all the rest
