5. jumping couches

I've noticed chris' stares all night and it's killing me. It's currently 11:51 and I'm getting hungry, Nick and El already fell asleep. It's really cute because they're all cuddled up together.

Matt and jaz are close in proximity and chris is off moping in his room. I have no idea about what though

"Hey guys wanna get food with me?'' I asked Matt and jaz. They look at each other and Matt says "uh no i have a project and jaz said she'd help me with it sorry, lu" jaz just nods her head to matt's obvious lie. "Okay weirdos i'll go ask chris'' i say

So I make my way up to chris' room and knock. I hear a faint come in. I open the door and observe chris' room and see him lying on his bed with his shirt off and he's in red striped pajama pants.

He immediately sits up and asks "hey lu what do you need?" "Nick and El are asleep and Matt and Jaz are being weird and I want food but I don't wanna go by myself. Wanna come with me?" i ask

"Uh sure lemme get a shirt and i'll go" he says standing up showing off his faint abs. Damn. "what?'' Chris asks "what i didn't say anything" i say walking out. Jesus did I say damn out loud?

I went across the hallway to the bathroom and I brushed my hair, but I dropped it. So I bent down to pick it up and when I got back up I was startled by Chris leaning on the doorway. "Okay let's go, '' I said hurriedly. I pull Chris by his wrist and we walk down the stairs.

"Hey lovebirds, do you guys want anything?" I asked Matt and jaz who are now cuddled up to each other, "Well where are you guys going?" Matt asks "anywhere I guess" I say "yeah I want a dr pepper" jaz says "im good" matt adds "okay" i say and pulls chris out the door with me.

We get in the car and Chris grabs the aux cord and immediately needs me when Rihanna starts to play. Chris quickly turns it off and looks embarrassed "no need i love rihanna" i say and turn it back on. And I start to sing along. I keep my eyes on the road but it's hard because chris is staring at me

"Okay boss where are we going?" i ask chris after the song ends "well i wanna go to the gas station" chris says "what about you tho?" he adds "i'm fine with the gas station" i respond

We head to the gas station and get out. We go inside and I get jaz her dr pepper. I got myself a bag of takis and a dry pepper too. I go to the counter, but chris comes up behind me and puts his stuff down and pays

"chris what the fuck" i say when we walk out "what?" he asks geninenly confused "whyd you pay?" I ask "because I can?" he says "i hate you" i say jokingly. Chris just grabs his chest and pretends to be hurt

On the way home Chris starts a conversation by saying "can I call you mari?" "why?" I ask "because everyone calls you Luna or Lu and I wanted to call you something special that only I call you" he says "uhh okay" I say smiling. That's actually so sweet.

We get home after about 4 minutes and Chris heads upstairs to give jaz her dr pepper since neither matt or jasmine were down here.

But I hear a loud get out and Chris runs down the stairs and jumps over the couch; falling on the floor. When he gets up a very disturbed look is on his face.

"what happened?" I ask laughing "they were making out" he says sitting next to me, but he looks like he's stuck in a daze. "WHAT?!" I scream "they were making out?" I say quieter "yes!" he whisper yells "what the fuck" i say

"i knew she was hiding something" i add "its crazy cuz nick and i were saying the same thing about matt" chris says

After a little while we turn on a movie and Chris seems to keep getting closer to me. I guess when we were gone Nick and el went to nick's room so it was just us.

My thoughts were interrupted by Chris, well chris' thigh that was now touching mine. I looked over to him and he was still watching the movie so I took a step futher and leaned my head on his shoulder.

Chris' heart was beating out of his chest and I could hear it from here, but he maintained his calm composure and wrapped his arm around me.

Now my heart was beating out of my chest.

A little while later a not so pg 13 scene came on and I was really uncomfortable, but I still was looking at the tv

"they're basically eating eachother" Chris jokes "exactly like what" I say lifting my head up. After the scene I put my head back on his shoulder and wrapped my arms around his torso and got comfortable.

Chris grabbed a blanket and covered us, that was the last thing I remember because I fell asleep.
