Laila's Pov~

I smiled brightly as I walked into the amazing restaurant Friday's. "FOOD!" My inner me screamed into my head. I then began to look around the dimly lit place for my date Joseph. My search was cut off by a waiter who stood in front of me trying to get my attention.

"My bad..." I told the young blonde boy that stood in front of me.

He just gawked at me.

"Umm...." This was extremely awkward. "Sir, are you okay?" I questioned the boy.

As if something snapped in his head he cleared his throat and spoke.

"Yea, yea it's just you are so beautiful." He eyes started to travel down my body while he licked his lips.

Ugh, classic.

"Hey! I almost thought you weren't going to show up." Someone practically screamed in my ear.

I turned around to see Joseph. I immediately kissed him to show the boy that I was in a relationship.

The boy glared and Joseph before walking away.

He can go suck some apples for all I care.

"Wow someone's upset but I'm so glad to see you." He gripped my waist and led me to his table.

We were full blown out kissing each other while in his car. He gripped my butt and groaned. I smiled and pulled away from him then put on my seatbelt. He stared at me for a second then started up his BMW.

"I don't feel like going home so let's just go back to your place." I told him tiredly.

"Okay. Try not to fall asleep on me next time okay."

I murmured a quick 'okay' and fell asleep.

Joseph's POV

I pulled up into the driveway and got out. I went over to Laila's side and picked her up bridal style. She is so beautiful. My wolf would definitely Mark her even though she isn't our mate. She's grown on me, I can't help my feelings.

I walked up the front door steps to the pack house and unlocked the door.

I heard laughter coming from people in the living room.

I spoke to them and introduced them to Laila even though she was sleep. I gave Laila a big peck on the lips so she would wake up. Suddenly a loud, thunderous growl sounded the entire house.

Somehow Laila was out of my hands and I was being tackled by my alpha.

"She is MINE, MINE, MINE!" Derrick furiously growled at me then punched me in my nose which made some blood gush out and go into my mouth.

"Dude...come on. I didn't know" I managed to get out.

Derrick glared at me one more time then got off me and Sat on the couch.

"How do you know her?" He spat out at me.

I didn't answer, fearing for my precious face.

"BETA I ASKED YOU A QUESTION." He yelled at me.

"She is my girlfriend Derrick." I choked out.

"WHAT?!" He got up and ran up to me and was like 3.5 seconds away from punching me when he stopped.

I looked behind him and saw a shocked looking Laila touching Derrick's back.

"please don't hurt him." she pleaded out to Derrick.
