Taehyung was ready to go home, though everyone scolded him for rushing as his wound was still fresh but he reassured everyone especially jungkook, the boy even cried out when taehyung could not put on his shirt which is why jimin had taken him out of the room as instructed by taehyung

Right now the two lovers were alone in the room waiting for the others, seokjin had gone to talk to the doctor while jimin was talking to yoongi on phone

Jungkook glared at the elder with a pout because he was hissing here and there

Taehyung's lips twisted a bit but he was looking at the other with utter softness in his eyes as if he was sad or something, jungkook got alerted when he noticed the change in taehyung's eyes

The younger moved towards him and before he could ask anything, taehyung circled his arms around his waist and pulled him closer slowly having the previous look in his eyes

Jungkook frowned

"I know in the past I did things which made you not trust me easily...." Before taehyung could continue, jungkook stopped him

"Hyung! I trust you, how could I not when every action of yours screams your sincerity"

Taehyung listened to his very mature little boy and adored him with teary eyes

Jungkook swallowed his tears and looked down before he spoke again

"Just for my safety, y-you put your life in danger...there is no doubt left"

Taehyung took a deep breath and put his index finger beneath jungkook's chin to make him look up

"Then you have to maintain this trust over me marshmallow, just remember that I am yours forever just like you are mine forever"

Jungkook frowned, he wasn't getting a good feeling while listening to taehyung

"W-what's gonna happen hyung?" He asked in a low voice

"I am gonna do something very stupid, its important baby, this is the last step towards my objective, I can not let my parents killers be anonymous for the whole life, jin hyung's daughter...I can not forget the little child's body c-covered in blood, she was so tiny"

Jungkook's heart clenched at the words, he can not even imagine the scene, he teared up with taehyung

And then they hugged each other

"I trust you hyungie" jungkook whispered

Taehyung sat in front of the elderly man who had a contemptuous emotion on his face, besides him sat tzuyu smiling cheerfully

"Dad you could have informed me you are coming"

The man gave a smile which seemed too fake for others

Seokjin clenched his fists tightly, his eyes were glossy from how much he was controlling himself, namjoon was quick enough to hold his fisted hand before his husband could act on his impulse

"I see you have the whole city under your control V, I am impressed"

Taehyung chuckled which in every way was sarcastic, he knows the man's intentions

"But I think the king should have a queen besides him, you should get married now V"

"Yeah?? And who should I marry mr chou?" Taehyung uttered shallowly

Mr chou smiled and took tzuyu's hand in his own, the girl shook her head silently telling her father not to say it

"Who could be better option than my daughter"
