Finally

In the months to follow, me and Oliver were working through the things. Jake was becomming more and more of a distant memory and Oliver was as great as ever. He was still sweet, caring and the same person I've been in love with for centuries.

We had never gotten this far. Something has always gotten in our way. One of us had either died or gotten sick and something always seemed to tear us apart. But this time we were so so close. I actually had hope this time.

I know I tried to explain it earlier but let me give you a much better explanation.

Lifetime after lifetime the goal was to find one another, fall in love all over again, and to forever be dedicated to one another. Little did we know that it meant that we had to be married.

I know that it sounds a little weird and it may not make much sense but it has always been our goal. I've always loved him and if we don't get it this time, we'll try again. It may take another six centuries but I know that it will be worth it.

In the end, I am in love with him and I have been for hundreds and hundreds of years. I don't think that the universe has another one out their for me. He is it and he is so amazing. He's the man I love and will always love.

I woke up one morning and checked my phone only to see that it was my wedding day. I turn over to see Oliver but he was already gone with a note on his pillow. I felt a little pit in my stomach to see whatever the note had to say but I got over myself and read it

"Hey Emmy! I already left to go over to a co-workers house to help me get ready for the wedding. I won't take to long and I'm hoping you won't either. I got you some pancakes and I left them on the counter. There is syrup in the fridge and chocolate sauce next to it just in case you wanted some. I called Delilah over and she should be there about 12:30. I love you and I can't wait for you to be my wife. It only took about six hundred years. Love you, don't do anything stupid."

I laughed at the note, just now realizing how well he actually knew me.

I put it down and roll out of bed before going out and look on the counter to find the panckaes that he had gotten me. I open the fridge and grab the chocolate sauce and put it on the pancakes and begin to pile it in my mouth.

That however didn't sit to well with my stomach. I threw them down on the counter and sprinted to the bathroom and threw up.  I checked my phone when I was done.

I was supposed to get my period today but so far, nothing came. I take a deep breath and do something I thought I would never have to do. I took a pregnancy test.

I had to wait for what seemed like the longest two mintues of my life before I finally got the results. Positive. I checked three more times just to be sure and they all came back, telling me I was pregnant. I'm going to have a baby.

More importantly, I was going to be having a baby with the man I have been in love with for so many years. I took a deep breath before going back into the kitchen and throwing what remained of the pancakes away.

I guess the baby didn't much care for it as much as I did.

I checked the time and when the clock struck 12:30, Delilah was there, right on time.

Like she always was. We chatted for a little bit before she did my makeup and fitted me into my wedding dress and I'm so thankful that I was in the early stages of my pregnancy so I couldn't really show a bump.

When the time came, she drove me to where the wedding was being held and I saw Oliver standing at the end of the ailse waiting for me. I smile in his direction and get out of the car. We decided it would be nice to get married on the beach.

I heard the soft music in the background as I walked down the aisle. When I reached the end Oliver took my hand and helped me up the little steps we had placed there.

Oliver started off right with the vows. "Emily, all of my life, I've been waiting for the missing peice of the puzzle and I feel as if I've known you my entire life." He paused to let the inside joke set in. I smiled and he continued "I now know that you are that missing peice and for as long as I shall live, I will always find you over and over again. I do."

I take a deep, shaky breath before doing my vows. "Oliver, you don't know how important you are to me. I loved you in so many other lives and if I haven't, it sure as hell feels like it," He chuckled at my joke. "Oli, you've helped me through so much more than I can even begin to explain and for that I love you for always. I do."

The priest says his little bit and Oliver pulls me into a kiss as the entire audiance errupts.

As I slightly pull away, I whisper "I'm pregnant,"

And to my surprise, he whispers back "I know,"
