12pm; Monday; May, 2006. Dear Diary, Bella & Edward came back yesterday. They had fun at the beach whenever it wasn't so sunny, she asked me about my arm but Edward told me to don't mention Victoria so I told her that I went hiking with the guys and fell on my arm but Carlisle fixed me up. It's a half a day for the LaPush students but Jacob left on his motorcycle to check on Bella. I told him to leave her alone but he said that he just wants to make sure that she okay. Yeah right, make sure that she's still human and not a vampire. Why can't my friends be normal boys? I've been watching too much of supernatural and reading books about supernatural creatures. Hannah, Carrie & I were waiting for the guys by the picnic tables. '18 more days until this cast is off.' "What's Paul doing?" Hannah asked. "Trying to talk to Beth." Carrie replied. "Don't we have gym together?" "Yes but she's on the track team." Hannah replied. "Is Paul smiling?" Carrie asked. "Please don't tell me that he imprinted." "He did. Embry had the same look on his face." Hannah said. "Same thing with Quil." Carrie said. 'Did Seth looked at me like that? No, he was a wolf when it happened.' Paul's POV 'Oh no, Beth is my soulmate.' "Sorry Paul, I was reading this book." Beth said. "Interview with a Vampire?" "Yeah, I saw the movies. So I wanted to read the books." Beth said. 'Now my soulmate is interested in vampires?' "Aren't they a bit scary?" "Not really, Louis is just depressed while Lestat is lonely." Beth replied. "Oh." "Do you want to read it?" Beth asked. "I would love too but I don't want the guys to make fun of me for reading that." "Hey Paul, Sam just called me." Hannah said. "You have to work?" Beth asked. "Yes." Beth gave me the book and her number before kissing my cheek. 'Now I'm in love with a bookworm.' "Paul, wake up man!" Carrie yelled. "What?" "You had a goofy smile." Hannah replied. "After Beth kissed him." Abigail said. "Let me guess, she's your soul mate?" Hannah asked. "Maybe." "He means yes. You do know that she's reading novels about vampires?" Abigail asked. "Yes and she wants me to read this." "That was my first novel." Carrie said. "I saw the movie." Hannah said. "Don't spoil it, Seth & I are going to watch that movie this weekend." Abigail said. 'I guess I could read it but I need to hide it.'
