Purple.
That was the color that adorned his right eye. Gun tried to apply makeup to cover it and sighed in disappointment when he saw that it was impossible.
Apparently, he would be missing his classes this week, he couldn't allow his classmates to see him like that. He didn't want people to talk worse about their relationship than they already did.
He lied to Tay about him being out of town with Off's family all week, and he prayed to the heavens that Tay would believe his lie and not show up at his house. If his best friend saw what happened to him, he would kill the older man.
Off was waiting for him sitting on the bed when he came out of the bathroom. He didn't even look at him, he just left the room ignoring him.
No matter how much he tried to apologize, he didn't accept it. No one had ever touched him and he wasn't going to start anytime soon.
My life -He said holding him by the arm - How much longer are you going to be like this? We are husbands, we should not fight.
Ah, but should we hit each other? -Gun abruptly let go -I remind you that if we are together it is because you forced me.
My heart, remember that I love you, tell me what I have to do to make you forgive me.
Gun turned around and without even saying a word punched him in the face, knocking him down.
Now we're even - Gun commented and continued on his way.
Their relationship was terribly broken.
Neither of them was clear about what they should do to fix it.
But Off Jumpol wouldn't give up that easily, he was going to keep trying to get Gun to forgive him.
He came to his side and offered him a cold compress to put on his black eye. Gun took it with a smile and threw it in his face roughly. The older man seemed surprised at the action, but he didn't say anything, simply picked it up from the ground and sighed in defeat.
That day -He started the conversation again -my father introduced me to an important partner and when I greeted him I accidentally tripped. My father yelled at me in front of everyone for that. -Gun looked at him as if he really wasn't interested, but in truth he was paying attention to his words -after that he took me to a corner and hit me without caring that they were watching us.
A bad taste settled in Gun's throat.
After that, I felt so ashamed of myself and alone. The memory of the same thing repeating itself over and over again. It's not the first time I've made a mistake and he's publicly humiliated me. I'm always alone at those events, so I have to stay there and swallow my pain.
This time the youngest did give him a sympathetic look.
For the first time in my life, in the midst of all those people, I was able to think that I was not alone in my misery. That my husband would comfort me and I could forget what had just happened to me, but I went looking for you and saw you talking to your ex.
Gun then felt a little guilty. Really putting yourself in someone else's shoes.
Maybe I didn't measure my words and my actions that day, but with all my heart I ask for your forgiveness -He approached her side and took her hands, the invisible barrier that existed between them diminished -I love you and with all my heart it would never be capable of hurting you. I only ask you to please leave that in the past and be happy as we were before that horrible night.
Off could see the doubt on her husband's face. His eyes trembled and looked at him as if wanting to say many things. He knew then that he had to move if he didn't want to lose it.
