She watches in horror as her small hands tightly grip the gaurd as their eyes glaze down at the boy with pity.
Now just a about 10 minutes ago Naruto was winning this fight, the group of boys Deciding they had nothing better to do but to pick a fight with your favorite neighborhood jinjuriki. Strolling along the street with no where in particular to go, he had wanted to get some candy but that clearly wasn't much of a choice,

Naruto sighed with his hands behind his back, his eyes closed not particularly paying much attention to his surroundings before his shoulders his that of another one, the brown haired kid shoots him a glare before grabbing Naruto but the shirt " Hey! Watch it brat. " " kyo- isn't that..? " " .... Oh yeaaa" now three other boys surround Naruto their hands folded, a smirk creeping up on their faces. "Uzumaki! The demon brat mama told me about, though I don't believe someone looking like him could ever be that strong, he still owes me an apology"
" ah. But, but an apology? I mean someone like him just simply apologizing, doesn't seem fair"

"Hmmm you're right. Hey Uzumaki, I've got an idea, for all the damage you did I think it would be fair for me to get a punch in, don't cha think? "

Naruto stays silent during the whole procedure, fire burning in his eyes as he simply glares at the kid making him stumble back, the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife, silence filling the air for a momment, only the whispering of the adults to interrupt it.
Before anyone could move Naruto throw a left hook to the taller boy's face, quickly his foot came to contact work the boy's stomach causing him to crouch to the ground. Naruto threw a few more punches to the rest of the group before someone grabbed his arm and held them over his head. Naruto struggled to get out of the hold, kicking his feet and screaming, any attempt to break free.

Kyo the one with the brown hair wobbles closer to Naruto, anger now covering him as Kyo held his hand up I'm the air and threw a couple punches to Naruto's gut.
"YOU'RE.GONNA.PAY.FOR.THAT" he says between each punch. Stomach, face, legs, stomach, left cheek, right cheek, head, eyes. Whenever Kyo could inflict pain he did, Naruto refused to give him the satisfaction, he simply bit his lips enduring the pain. Now then the adults simply stood around as they watched the events unfold, most of them whsipering, staring, or simply ignoring the alternation all together.

" jeez what are they doing so early in the morning "
" boys will be boys "
" ahh I remember when I got into fights too"
" why did he throw the first punch if he couldn't handle it..
" " should we stop them? "
" no let the boys rough house"

But no one interfered, they simply watched. Including a little hyuga, she watched the blonde boy get kicked to the ground and stomped on by the other kids, she watched as they threw twigs and trash at him, she watched as he gritted his teeth refusing to let them see him cry. And she did nothing along with the other's, she was a coward even though he defended her many times before this, when some kids decided to bully her on that cold night. But even so she never checked up on him as he layed in the snow beaten up for her, she never picked up a fight as she was dragged away, she simply left him there because she was a coward. Even when he shielded her from the harsh words of their classmates in elementary, she simply allowed him to take their anger upon him as they started sprewing out venom while she hid behind him, she was a coward

But this time was different, maybe she remember the times he took the blows for her, never demanding or even acknowledging that he had did so, he was simply happy he could protect her, maybe it was the guilt? The anger? She didn't know, but something burned within her and for the first time she took a step closer, and closer before running towards her favorite blonde friend holding him tightly shielding him from the attacks her little voice reaching as far as it could, "s-stop it!! "
Before Kyo could stop his foot made contact with her back, she flinch squeezing Naruto but refusing to let go. And this created a very upset Naruto, he wrapped his arms around her and the look he have to Kyo, oh if looks could kill, he could be sworn he saw some red somewhere but maybe it was his imagination, though the low growl sure wasn't. Kyo took a step back his eyes widen in fear and confusion

" hey! What do you think you're doing! "
" a boy should never hit a girl"
" shame on you young man"
" talk it out kids, honestly "
" hurting a hyuga like that? Is he asking for a death wish? "
" apologize kid! "

Oh how the tables had turned, suddenly they all wanted to act like adults! Wow!, surrounding the kids scolding them asking hinata if she was ok, she smiled softly bowing her head but never releasing her hug on Naruto. In that momment hinata realized something, she control she had on others and the control she had on him though it wasn't prominent. After that incident she Requently hung around him, she decided then and there she would protect him the best she could.

And now they're here, Naruto hovering over some guy who's scream is filling the air while the ground holding his broken arm, Naruto's gaze becomes empty but his movements are light and fluffy as usually

" ahh sorry sorry! Did that hurt? Didn't mean to go that far ya know, kinda just went out of it for a second, sorry again! "

He says he's sorry but that empty smile tells another story, not that there was any reason to smile to begin with.
