"Sorry. I have to take this."

"Arizona! We are having an important and truthfully conversation!" Dad shouts after me.

"This is more important." I say and walk out. "It's Arizona Walker you're speaking with."

"Hello, Arizona Walker. We need you to come on a mission to IIuedios to find Dr. Martin."

Doctor Martin, who is that? "IIuedios?"

"Yes. It's an unexplored island he went on but hasn't returned. We need you to find him with help of a group. Do you understand?" I nodded, but realize they couldn't see it, so I said, "Yes."

"Good. We expect you on the airport at 9 am tomorrow." They hung up and I went back to the kitchen to continue the dinner with my parents.

"So, what was so important?" My father, offended, asked.

"It was work." He scoffed. "They told me-" I changed my words, otherwise they would go all nuts over that they told and not asked. "They asked me to follow a group of people to an Island to find a missing scientist."

They were facing their plates again, when my mom spoke. "Which Island?"

"IIudeios." Something deep down said I knew what it was, but I couldn't place it. The sound of someone dropping their fork on the plate echoing in the room, caught my attention. "What?" Did she know something about it?

"Did...did you accept it?" I nodded.

"Of course. It's a rare opportunity."

She shook her head with tears in her eyes, looking at my father. I looked at him as well. His jaw was clenched into a firm line. "You are not going." I frowned. Why was they so upset?

"First of all, I have accepted it. I can't change my mind if I want to keep my job."

"Then change your job." He said firmly, taking up his fork.

"What? No! I love my job."

"Change your job, Arizona."

"And second, I am 19. I don't need your approval." His eyes flung up from his plate, fire in them.

"Arizona." He warned.

"No, dad. I will go and save this scientist. You can't stop me." I stood up, declining this conversation over. I put away my plate and went to the room I was guesting in. I packed my things, not much to pack anyway. I need to go home and pack a new bag.

I was almost done packing and ready to leave, when mom and dad stomped into the room. "We need to talk." They declared. Like we hadn't just done that and ended bad. I shook my head, but they insisted, promising they won't argue. Just talk. They sounded like they would never see me again.

Jesus. Maybe I should take some distant. This was ridiculous. Maybe if I took some distant they won't be like this every time I left the country. I didn't even want to imagine how they would react if I said I would go on vacation without them. They would probably panic.

"Remember. If you hear a whistling, run. Don't care about anyone. Just run." My father demanded and then hugged me. What did whistle had anything to do with distant?

"Why?" He didn't answer me and let me go.

"A very dangerous-No, Robert. She should know. She is going to be there." She gave dad a sharp glance and continued, "A very dangerous man whistles. Like a warning. The calm before the storm." I shook my head. This is ridiculous.

"I won't leave people behind. I will seek protection and try to escape...this man. But I will not leave people behind. I wont leave the island before we have the scientist. Or we find his body." They sigh but don't argue.
