6.Rejection?

Suddenly, my surroundings filled with a sweet smell, like lavender and grapefruit. My heart melted by this, and my body felt like it was floating in the air. When I was enjoying this sweet scent a voice interrupted me,"Can we go for a run?" he asked me with a smile. What do you think, Lizz? I asked my wolf. I would love to she said excitedly. I nodded at him to give a signal of my approval.

As he transformed into his wolf form, its sleek black fur glistened in the moonlight. "How will we communicate when we're in wolf form?" I asked Lizz. "Through a mind link," she replied. I furrowed my brow in confusion Mind link? I asked with confusion.

Lizz explained, "You can communicate through your minds." Through mind? How? I asked, surprised. Lizz smiled and replied, Just call their names to create a mind link. Panic set in as I realized I didn't know his name but I don't know his name i screamed.

Suddenly, a voice echoed in my mind, Shall we go? I glanced at him and nodded. Did he just open a mind link? I asked my wolf. Yes,she replied.
We started running I was running in a speed

We ran throughout the forest for an hour.
Can we shift back? he mind linked me again.Ok and about to shift lizz screamed no don't! don't shift.Your clothes they are ripped when you turn to wolf.shit! how can I forget this I cursed myself.

"Do you need clothes baby"he asked me with a smirk.So,you know what's happen if I shit,even you knew you asked me to shift back i asked with anger tone.Cool baby gurl,I just wanted to tease you now stop getting angry and take your clothes or I think you know what's happens.

I took my clothes irrated with my mouth and went behind a tree.While changing i asked my wolf
"You smell it too lizz that sweet and delicious smell" I asked my wolf."Yes, it's mate smell and he is our mate Lilly".

After changing ,I turned to ask.So you're my mate? But my words got stuck in my throat, and my heart stopped beating. As I turned around, he was gone,he disappeared like he never existed and left me alone in this forest.

He rejected us, Lilly.What? He rejected us, but why? I don't know, but his wolf told me that Griffin wants to reject us. Griffin, so that's his name, my mate's name. It's his name, the one who rejected me without a reason and left me alone in the forest. I don't know what's hurting but I feel like someone has plunged a dagger into my heart the pain is too heavy.

It's not your fault,lizz.I think I would do the same if I was in your place but why he rejected me.
He is the one who stalked me,he is the one who bringed me but now he left me here alone.

I can't even stand myself I fell down my knees.

When I returning home,I felt his gaze on me I know it's all imagination how can I except him to stay with me when he left me like no one.I sighed and started to headed home.
