On a rainy day in May, there was this little girl who was wrapped in a blanket and drinking hot chocolate—she had a warm fuzzy feeling. She discovers she loved the rain, despite the loud thunder and heavy raindrops. She admires it and keeps watching from her window
One day in kindergarten, the teacher gives a task to her students to memorize a poem for Nutrition Day. She began to memorize with the help of her grandma, and her grandma realized that she was good at memorizing, so on the day of the event, she recited the poem without forgetting the lines. That was the first time she was proud of herself.
In her room, she lay on her bed bored, thinking of what to do. Then she caught site of her aunt's sketchbook. She took it, but as she checked inside, it empty, so she decided to draw on it. As she drew, she was having fun; everyday she would draw. She even refuses to play with her friends and continue to draw. As she grows older, she gets better at it, and then she realizes that art is her passion.
One fine day in school, the teacher asked, What do you want to be when you grow up ? Seeing all her classmates already decide what they're going to be, she felt nervous as she didn't know what she wanted to be. When it was her turn, she just starred at the teacher, and the teacher felt she was nervous, so she said, "It's ok, take your time to think about it".
When she got home, she told her grandma all about it, and her grandma said, "You know what would be perfect for you; you should become a flight attendant. She was confused and asked, "What's that?" Her grandma explained that a flight attendant is a friendly person on an airplane who makes sure every person on the flight is safe and comfortable, and they would get free flights when visiting countries. Hearing all this, the little girl wants to become a flight attendant.
From their rooftop, she stares at the night sky, gazing at the twinkling stars and the bright moon. She had so many questions in her head: How many stars are there ? How can't I reach them ? Is it true that when I wish upon a star, it will come true ? Or should I wish on the moon ? Has anyone been to the moon ? She was curious about everything and said to herself, "When I grow up, I'm going to study space, and then I'll answer all my questions."
The little girl didn't have much growing up; for starters, her father has no job, and her mother is the one providing for them. She had a toxic household from an early age; she heard words that no 4-year-old doesn't have to hear. She wasn't good at school because there was no one to teach her when she asked her father to teach her math because she was bad at it. Minutes later, she received many shouting and swearing words from her father, then she cried and cried and cried. Not only that, she also got beaten up.
In second grade, she became the laughing stock of her class because she didn't know how to read or write in cursive. And instead of correcting her and teaching her more, her teachers began to humiliate her. Upon checking her work, one of her teachers asked her who teaches you, and she said "no one." Her teacher felt guilty and sorry for her. When she got home, she starred into the mirror, and tears flowed down her cheeks.
In class, one of her classmates stood up and read a story she was starring at her, she jealous and wished she could read just like her. She didn't have many friends in her class because they often found her an outcast. Instead, they bullied her, and this went on and on till the 4th grade. When two of her classmates didn't want to leave her alone because they were demanding that she beat up her classmate, wanting peace, she did what they said, and later she ended up in the guidance. The worst part was that no one believed her; her other classmates knew that she was just doing as she was told to, but no one spoke up to defend her.
From the start, she always wanted to leave that awful school, but she couldn't. She has a debt to the school that she can't transfer until she's fully paid. She endured the pain and began to question God about why she created her because, from the start, she was a mistake and her mom taught to abort her. From the age of 10, she taught about ending her life, thinking that it was full of pain. Then she realized that she still has so many plans and dreams that she has to fulfill.
