**Villain Rehabilitation Program - Prologue**

The rusted steel doors of the newly established Villain Rehabilitation Center groaned open, revealing a sterile corridor lined with security cameras and automated turrets. A hushed murmur swept through the crowd of journalists and government officials gathered outside, everyone eager for their first glimpse of the program's inaugural participants. On one side of the corridor, behind reinforced glass, stood several of U.A. High School's brightest heroes-in-training, their faces a mix of curiosity and wariness. On the other, a small group of villains filed out, their eyes scanning the scene with equal parts defiance and intrigue.

Leading the procession was a hooded figure known only by his alias, Hex. Beneath the dark cloak, his once-bright green hair now lay hidden, and his movements, once filled with energy and excitement, were deliberate and cautious. Hex had become a rising star among the League of Villains, his unconventional Quirk granting him the power to manipulate the probability of events. The scar that ran across his right cheek served as a reminder of the turning point in his life—the night he tried to end it all, only to be saved by those he once despised.

Shoto Todoroki, a member of Class 1-A, stood at the forefront of the U.A. group, his mismatched eyes narrowing as he watched the approaching villains. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. There was no mistaking that scar, nor the distinct shape of the green bangs peeking out from beneath the hood. It was impossible—Izuku Midoriya, once the heart and soul of their class, was now a villain?

The murmurs among the heroes grew louder as the villains stopped a few feet away. The head of the program, a stern-looking government official, stepped forward to address the crowd. "Welcome to the Villain Rehabilitation Program," she announced, her voice echoing through the corridor. "These individuals have been selected to participate in a groundbreaking initiative to reintegrate them into society. They will be under the supervision of U.A. High School's hero course, working alongside Class 1-A to prove that even those who have fallen can find redemption."

As she spoke, Hex's gaze locked with Todoroki's, his eyes void of the warmth they once held. The uncertainty and fear in the air were palpable, each side questioning whether this experiment would lead to reconciliation or ignite an irreparable conflict.

**Villain Rehabilitation Program - Part Two**

Katsuki Bakugo stood at the back of the crowd, his arms crossed and his usual scowl etched across his face. The announcement of the Villain Rehabilitation Program hadn't sat well with him. Villains and heroes working together? It was absurd. But as his crimson eyes scanned the group of villains entering U.A., they locked on a familiar face—the hooded figure known as Hex.

A surge of conflicting emotions hit Bakugo like a punch to the gut. No one could mistake that unruly green hair, the subtle tilt of his head, or the scar that marred his cheek. Deku. The last time Bakugo had seen Izuku Midoriya was during the Battle of Kamino, the day All Might fell. The news of Deku's disappearance soon followed, sparking rumors that he'd been captured or killed by the League of Villains. But seeing him now among the villains—it felt like a betrayal.

Bakugo's fists clenched, tiny sparks crackling from his palms. He couldn't process it. The kid who'd idolized heroes, who'd always been a thorn in his side with his relentless optimism and determination, was now walking with the League. Something had to be wrong. Yet, the detached, almost hollow expression in Hex's eyes suggested otherwise.

Hex stopped a few feet from Bakugo, his gaze sweeping over the gathered heroes. There was a moment of recognition, a brief flicker of the old Deku beneath the hood. But it vanished as quickly as it came. The official leading the program continued her speech, but Bakugo heard none of it. His focus was solely on Hex, searching for any sign that the friend he once knew still existed.
