As dawn broke across the Valley, Master Shifu was sitting underneath the tree probably all night clutching onto Master Oogway's staff while deep into a thought. His train of thought would be interrupted by his ears twitching as he heard someone training in the distance. He got up to investigate.
Training Hall
The red panda went to the Training Hall to hopefully find the source of who was training except the training hall was empty. However the noise continued from somewhere else.
Bunkhouse
Inside the bunkhouse, Shifu turned the corner and saw the doors to the kitchen which were usually locked were knocked off their hinges as if some broke them down. Shifu noticed Po's shadow as it was performing some amazing Kung Fu.
"Hai...yah! Wai-ya!" Po cried out.
As Shifu entered the kitchen, Shifu finds Po punching through a cupboard door with his bare fist, coming out with food and proceeding to stuff his face. Po stops mid-munch as he saw Shifu looking at him. In silence they eye each other until Shifu surveyed the room; broken locks, smashed doors, unhinged cabinets, and containers empty. The supposedly useless panda has completely trashed the kitchen. Po belched which brought Shifu back to his attention.
"What? I eat when I'm upset, okay?" Po stated in an annoyed tone while his mouth was full.
"Oh, no need to explain. I just thought you might be Monkey. He hides his almond cookies on the top shelf." Shifu said calmly as there was a glimmer in his eyes while exiting the kitchen.
Shifu hid in the corner waiting to see if his hunch is correct. Po looked up at the shelf and where Shifu stood along with smiling followed by going to get Monkey's cookies.
The red panda rushed back inside and is amazed to find Po; perched atop the high shelves, stuffing cookies from a jar into his mouth and his legs in a perfect split Kimberly would be impressed.

Shifu's disbelief turns into a wise smile. Po spotted him and stops eating.
"Don't tell Monkey." Po begged with his mouth full.
"Look at you..." Shifu said as he stepped forward.
"Yeah, I know. I disgust you." Po answered as he was stuffing another cookie down his gullet.
"No no, I mean... how did you get up there?" Shifu asked in amazement.
"I don't know. I guess I— I don't know. I was getting a cookie..." Po stated as he looked at the cookie followed by eating it.
"And yet you are ten feet off the ground... and have done a perfect split." Shifu said while looking up at Po.
"No, this... this is just an... accident." Po said as his eyes widened knowing he was slipping followed by falling from his position.
