When Nyla was done making her dua she gets up folds the prayer mat But then Fiza asks Nyla if she's ok Nyla in return say's it's alright I get emotional talking to Allah that's all you don't need to worry.
Fiza was really concerned about Nyla her behaviour was changing a lot she had mood swings frequently she did not talk a lot to anyone.
Time skips---
Around 3:00 everything was going well for Nyla she was working normally but as she was working her vision started to get blur she was feeling nauseous and was not understanding anything happening around her (these are the signs of brain tumor or you can say symptoms) she went to the bathroom without informing Fiza as soon as she went in the bathroom her nose started to bleed she took out a napkin from her pocket and wiped her nose with it she was feeling dizzy and was having hallucinations she had pain in her muscles she was about to cry because of the pain.
Yet she went back to her work but she wasn't feeling well at all she couldn't drink water because she was fasting.
Fiza knew that Nyla is sick but she exactly didn't know what's up with her.
When Nyla returned from the bathroom Fiza asked Nyla "Nyla are you ok There's something off with you are feeling dizzy mostly your mood keeps changing what is up with you are you hiding something from me?. She questioned her furiously but Nyla had the same answer that she is ok and it's just because she didn't eat anything. Fiza was not ready to accept whatever Nyla said.
